I came here on two occasions both the time I waited to get some simple tasks, but had to leave because they took too long. Hope Management will look into this and do a review of the management of this Branch.

Bad service. Besides from the wait the staff gives wrong information and are incompetent to do their jobs. They couldn’t complete a simple transaction that took less than 5min at another location.

We had a pleasant experience in this branch. We were here to open a joint account and the relationship manager Caleb Exantus took a very good care of us. He was informative, talkative and easy to deal with.
Hi Yaswanth. Welcome to the Bank of America family. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Caleb was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^susan

Teller was incredibly rude. I came in with a large deposit that I did not want to use an atm for. When I had got to the window I had expressed that I wasn’t sure of the full amount that I had and she replied that she wouldn’t just run it through the counter for me even though she had done it for everyone that was before me. She would rather me hold up the line instead of taking 10 seconds of her time to do her own job. Never had an issue with it before. I ended up just walking out and leaving Becuase I didn’t want to hold up the rest of the line behind me.

I had an appointment with a nice lady and instead they had me start a new account with a mean dude named Jose (JD i believe) who yelled out my SSN despite me discretely having typed it. He also coerced and kept pushing me into getting a card despite me asking several times I wanted to just not get a card anymore, I have social anxiety and it was hard for me to assert myself several times to a grown man with zero boundaries and now I have to pay $5 a month for no reason. This whole experience was horrible

Very disappointed in my experience with this branch. I scheduled an appointment with a notary 2 weeks ago to notarize a will. I clearly explained it was a will that we were needing notarized in the appointment details that I scheduled online. I received multiple reminders of my appointment and when we showed up today, they told me right off they do not do wills. It would have been nice if someone could have let me know that service was not offered before I wasted so much time.

You guys need more tellers and better customer service. Long waits. Wasted half an hour and left. Most BoA locations are like this nowadays. Makes one wanna switch to another bank.

This location is disgusting from the service to flooring. My three interactions with this place makes me hate banking with Bank Of America even more. I waiting honestly two hours today with an appointment to get a paper notarized. The line outside was longer then the food bank. Two armed security guards at the front controlling entry, two bank tellers, no branch manager to speak with about the service provided. Most importantly not a smiling face in the building. News flash! There are 6 other banks within one mile of this location and a new Chase location is being built. NO ONE has to bank with you guys anymore. And you all close 4:00pm.

By far one of the worst experiences I've EVER had at a BOA. I need to add a signer to my account. Very simple and not too tasking. I tried to go online to schedule it but all the locations near me weren't taking appointments online. It said the system was unavailable so i decided to call in. When I called this branch, a lady answered. I explained the situation and she was very condescending as if I'm obviously supposed to know what their schedule looks like....i asked if tou could just schedule it for me over the phone. So she placed me on hold for someone else to schedule it. Another gentleman answered and scheduled me for the next day for 1pm with no issue. I come in the next day with my fiancé right behind 2 other people and we all stopped at the person in the lobby (Erick). When it was my turn, I explained that I had an appointment at 1pm. He told me that I COULD NOT be seen for another HOUR because someone else walked before me. I reiterated that I called in the previous day and scheduled the appointment for today with someone SPECIFICALLY at this location. He walked over and asked a lady if she WANTED to help us and she said no. She wanted to go to lunch. So he came back, looked at us and said sorry but we still needed to wait. We left and came back in an hour as to not create a scene in the lobby. And we had to wait an additional 30mins. Speaking the banker who helped us (Joseph), he was great. The only reason the interaction continued. While we were being assisted, Erick interrupted our meeting to inform Joseph that his NEXT APPOINTMENT WAS WAITING FOR HIM AND THEY ARE PREFERRED!!! How DARE YOU come into my session with someone a basically belittle me. Not only are you rushing the associate but also the client AND in our face!!!! Erick obviously never looked at my profile to begin with becaaue we are preferred clients as well. Even if we weren't, that's ABSOLUTELY NO way to treat ANYONE who comes into your establishment. Appointments should be honored. I understand everyone has a need to come to the bank but there's a reason I scheduled an appointment. My time should be valued and we as clients should be valued and that's not what we recieved that day.. It was the worst interaction I've ever had. I was hoping to get a personal survey so this goes back to this location specifically but Google will have to do. Hopefully Erick and the other lady who wanted to take her lunch break instead honor our appointment will learn from this.
