Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Waukegan Rd, Morton Grove

Took me 30 minutes just to get a cashiers check, meanwhile the other lines all finished servicing people. And I had to pay $15 just to get a piece of paper printed. I left my job for this and wasted a lot of precious time.

If I can give them a zero I would. These people never have any appointments available, and I have attempted to contact them OVER 10 TIMES in the past week due to an issue. No response from them, all I hear is that “Everyone is currently with a customer”. The service that these people provide really is horrible.

My wife works less than 2 minutes from this location so I have made two visits so far to take care of some business here. Both times I cannot say enough how attentive and efficient they are at serving their customers. The personal banker, the teller and the branch manager I worked with both times and they all made sure that my issues were resolved completely and did so with a smile. If you bank with BOA this is definitely the branch to go to!

Hours shorted to 9-4, so it’s impossible to go before or after work. Went on my lunch break and there is a long line of people with 1 teller, while two other employees just sitting at their desk staring at us. Horrendous situation!

Very big branch with financial center who handles mortgage too. Nice courteous staff specifically mortgage specialist Rajani Kandulla. She is very helpful knowledgeable and has a sound product knowledge of mortgage and other related financial products.

Even though there are multiple teller windows, only one is manned most of the times I’ve been there, regardless of how many people are waiting in line.

Absolutely worse service very slow only two tellers long lines. Avoid this branch

The only thing good about this branch is that their drive-thru allows you to pick the bills you prefer. That's very helpful if you are withdrawing to carry some cash for a trip (you can even mix $5 and $1 bills -- great for tipping). Other than that, try to go to anther branch office if you are able.

Never noticed that my BOA only had two stars, now I know why! Worst customer service I've received in a long time. The "manager", Jerome, informed me that despite the fact that I'm a small business customer with 4 accounts total at his branch, I'm not able to deposit $79 worth of $1 coins today. But if I wanted to open a new account with that $79 they'd take it! Unbelievable!! So disappointed at the lack of common sense and down right ridiculous treatment I'm ready to close my accounts and move on to a new bank. I've been a business and personal client since 2006, when they were still LaSalle Bank and the service has gotten progressively worse every year!! Do yourself a favor and go to Chase, or PNC, or just about any other bank for that matter. Anything is better than this!!

Honorable people... Steven Saldanha " some kind of Business specialist " doesn't even know the requirements for a simple car loan. Customer service is absolute zero
