I will avoid this branch from now on. The assistant manager was useless and was more interested in his texts than giving me info .. btw I'm still waiting on the email with information on opening up the savings account. Then I was directed to the teller to make a deposit.. the teller rushed me on and messed up my transaction... Zero concern and the attention sucked here. Sad to say this because I love my BOA.

The customer is always wrong, BofA employees are always right. They are condescending, narrow minded and completely inflexible showing the true DNA of Bank of America's corporate culture. Lastly, they fee you to death. Run as fast as you can and as far away from this behemoth as humanly possible.

On multiple occasions I have found the staff here to be incredibly rude and dismissive of their customers. The only time they show concern is when trying to sign you up for a credit card. Definitely will never return to this branch.

OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING!!!! I’ve recently signed up with Bank Of America Online, unfortunately the account I setup online was very difficult, Bank of America customer service was great helped me through the process. I signed up on February 3,2021 online, it was going great until my online banking was locked, I called BOA customer service & spoke to 4 different representatives until I was able to reach the 4th person from the disclosure department, the reason I said customer service was great because they were trying to help me out- anyways last person I spoke to told me to visit the bank for further information & help because they told me they need to verify my identity, obviously that’s understandable because they cannot verify me over online. So as BOA representative request I did, I went to the Elmwood Park Branch the bank manager was unable to help me, worst customer service they actually let me go without even helping, the disclosure departments left notes on my file so it can be easier for me in the bank, but he kept saying CANNOT OVERRIDE it, I told them you need to contact them because that’s what the customer service representative told me in order to open a new account, Blah blah blah, explaining my history he said we cannot do that so I left. I called customer service on a weekend unfortunately their disclosure department was closed so I spoke to them that following Monday, I explained the issue initially how it started so he offered to go into the bank again, I told them please if I do go again I need to be helped instead of leaving he said you weren’t supposed to leave in the first place the bank manager was suppose to help me in the first place. I said they didn’t, so I ended going to West Caldwell Brand on September 9,2021 as customer service did add additional notes onto my account. Soon as I went in, I was introduced by Sunita aka Suni, she explained the situation to her manager Shaya. Within 5-10 minutes I was able to open my account & she was able to verify my identity. Claps to Suni & Shaya for making such an easy transaction for me. Sunita explained everything for my account, setup my online banking and also helped me with my life goals! THANK YOU for the staff & management in this location. Highly recommended it. Excellent! Now I can finally use my online banking!

I am travelling abroad and wanted to take bigger amount in cash with me. Called the bank and explained I need the money to please not have writing or tears since that usually causes issues trying to exchange abroad. I was told no problem! Got the money, went home and half of the amount has pen writings , tears, money taped with scotch tape. It seems they do not care about their customers but they were really quick to ask me if I have BOA Credit Card! Very disappointed ! I will not be using this branch again!

This branch has the slowest tellers on the planet. In addition there is rarely more than 1 teller window open. Worst of all many merchants use this branch and you will wait a very, very long time in line. Use another branch or bank.

Had a bad experience on Friday jus passed one acct was closed so we opened another acct. now we was told the old Acct was closed so it was ok to deposit the check with the same debit card. We did. Come to find out the old acct was still active & now my daughter can not get her money until 10 business days. Wht other bank does this none that I heard of. I will not recommend this place or any other Bank of America
