Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) County Rd, Brooklyn Center

It was ok for making a deposit personally at the Bank.But is a week now and I have seen the money in my Account. It doesn't reflect since I made the deposit which is ridiculous. I will be closing my account. This is ridiculous. Have to be waiting for hours before u can even talk to a customer service. I regret opening the bank account with them.

Excellent Customer service of account opening. But will be a wonderful if additional to the account requested they offer an credit card

Nothing to share in particular as far as my customer service experience at this location. But so far the people are helpful and nice. I have my account with them since 2018. I don’t like Wells Fargo because they ripped me off with extra fees they charged and took some more money from my account. US bank is ok... tcf stayed away from them because of what many different people had said about that bank but so far I love this bank I don’t get fees because of direct deposit and overall i personally rather have this bank over any other bank.

Very bad bank to deal with, the customer service don't care about their customers. They can't work with you so that both sides can be happy. The worst is I once deposited a check with their mobile app and it took me more than one week to get the money in my account. They charge you fees out of space. I'm closing the checking account and credit card I have with them.

I opened a business account with Caleb and he was training Cadi. They were both great! Very respectful and courteous. And the services that the bank were more than comparable to other local banks. I would recommend Bank of America, Brooklyn Center, MN branch especially.

Given bad info from one of their reps that cost me a $70 fee. Reached out to corporate and was told that even though the info he gave me wasn't correct for my situation it was still technically correct so I couldn't file a complain. HA HA B of A you are a joke.

LOVED this bank and the experience I had up until this past experience I had. The teller told me that I would be receiving my money and the check will go through in 4 days I went with it. NOW I need to wait 10days for this check to possibly process and if it doesn't process I have to pay a $12 processing fee. Sounds like their kicking their customer while they are down. Blew my mind. I think this all should have been informed to their customer before following through with cashing the check.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank if America even before i move to Mn and had Credit card and checking and saving account with them for over two years after i moved here. They have denied everything I applied for through them. With good credit history with them... NOW They charge fees and deny me for having “ insufficient length of time or credit history “ I BELIEVE OTHER BANKS OR CREDIT UNIONS WILL VALUE YOU BETTER...

Worst customer service ever ! I came in today at about 1:50 p.m.05/04/20 only needed to purchase a roll of quarters, there was nobody else in there in line. The lady very rudely said"we don't sell quarters you need to go elsewhere" so that's exactly what I did.even though I was very confused because I thought that's what banks are for.So I went around the corner to the TCF, although they were very busy I didn't mind waiting, I got my quarters and also EXCELLENT Customer service.It now makes sense to me why you had NO businesses and you probably never will Y,awful service. Please stay away from this place and if you want excellent service ! Please support your local TCF or Wells Fargo

Stay away. Local credit union, Wells Fargo, TCF, or US Bank.. anywhere but BofA. Specifically this location the branch manager is lazy and not willing to help her customers.
