Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Olean Blvd, Port Charlotte

I have been a BOA customer for 20 years and I live less than a mile from this branch. It's worth the drive and wait to go to the Murdock branch. Friendly faces warm greetings. My experience yesterday at the Olean branch, only stopped there because short on time, rude teller and when I addressed an issue with branch manager, was told if I didn't like it , I could bank somewhere else. Nice!! BOA, you need to clean house at that branch.

I made an appointment on line 3 days previously. I arrived at the bank and was told the customer service representative was having issues with the mouse on his computer. They asked me to see another representative julia. I only had a quick question. The entire time I was speaking to Julia she was filling out an application for someone else. I found her to be rude and extremely condescending. I will start going to another branch from now on. If this had been my first visit to Bank of America it would have been my last. One star was to many.

The people are nice, but I just would not recommend B.O.A. in general. I'm presently shopping for a new bank. I've had too many issues with them, that I never had at any other bank. The issues were resolved, but, when you work everyday, I had to take off work to get them resolved. After so many times, I have less to put in the bank!

I have been doing business for 20 years with Bank of America , I managed to get $11,000 interest-free loan so far I am satisfied . The service we used to get prior to the internet is gone bye-bye a long time ago any where in any business .

My teller was Lane and she really knew her stuff and helped us out a lot. Had such a wonderful attitude that it made my day. Would definitely recommend this bank thanks to her.

Best bank in Port Charlotte. Teller Maria always a joy to interact with. Shes a smiler!! And super happy with beautiful big brown eyes. Please dont shut down this location. We love this location and appreciate BOA in the neighborhood. For all that slander this location, youll regret it if they shut down.

This branch used to be the most busiest bank in Port Charlotte and nearby area but today like ghost bank instead provide more services the bank closed down drive thru. I think because luck of good management and also keep changing manager almost every year.

This bank is a good bank to bank at....but as most of the other people on here complain about there is not enough tellers available. I was there the other day about 2:00 P.M. (in the afternoon) and I was there second person in line besides the person at the counter. The kid at the counter was there for 10-15 minutes with only 1 teller there helping everyone. Finally, someone else came only to get involved also with the kid at the counter....I say kid because he must have been under 25 years old....and by the time he finally left there was 5 other people behind me. I would have thought someone else would have open another window....but NO ONE ELSE came and helped.

Ralph Biasco is awesome. But the mgr, never able to get her name is unprofessionally rude. Asking questions about my spending that is none of her business . When I couldn't get through to make an appt by phone, I went there personnally but she shooed me out saying I should go online but the online app SUCKS & it's hard to get the schedule page to open. I am SO DISSAPPOINTED in this bank!

Ok so I wrote the worst possible review for the Punta Gorda location on Olympia Blvd, so to be fair this is the best local branch. The service here is awesome! They are fast, professional and courteous! See Julia or Todd!
