I go to both scrap yards in the area. Trademark and Raleigh street. When I go to trademark I'm never left standing there while the manager is FaceTiming or on his phone every time. I've been there several times and had to wait while he's on the phone. So today I loaded up all my stuff and I will never return. From now on I'll go to trademark only. They pay more anyway

This company was very easy to contact and communicate with. The service was prompt and they worked around my schedule. I was given the amount agreed upon over the phone and the tow truck driver Chris showed up early. He was willing to wait around for me to get a few things in order for him to take the vehicle. Requested a copy of a bill of sale or anything to be able to prove that my vehicle was sold to this company so I could get my suspended license back without having to pay an arm and a leg beings I hadn't been in possession of the vehicle in months and just needed the proof. I was told to send a text with my vin for said vehicle and something would be sent over. Sent a text with my vin and waited, sent another text saying i just needed a copy and was told I would be sent one when they got back to the shop, waited until i was pressing time for the DMV to be closed so i sent one last text just letting them know "hey i'm sorry but i'm pressed for time could you please send it". Long story short nobody ever sent me a copy or even got back with me so I had no proof and ended up paying $500 in fees I could have avoided.

I have to say Scrap Money is a fantastic business to deal with. They are kind, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend calling them anytime you need to get rid of scrap metal, old and damaged vehicles and so on. Excellent service for sure.

I broke down with a old truck with almost 300000 miles I called this company the owner answered and within 45 minutes from 20 miles away he showed up and bought my scapper truck that wasn’t worth fixing. Saved me from a tow fee and more problems. Highly recommend

I’m converting a school bus, and needed to find a seat belt for the passenger seat we installed to make sure we drive back safe a legally. We went there and they hooked me up with the solid seatbelt. Nice people, had the tools on hand to help us. Definitely go there if you some scrap parts!
