Fernanda Alvarado offers Great service I haven't had a negative experience with her and she gets things taken care of fast. She would be what you consider a true Leader and should be promoted to branch manager.

The worst manager at this branch EVER!! She should NOT be working in customer service period! She was trying to bully me into using my daughters savings bonds to make my checking account balance positive! I initially wanted to cash them, but I changed my mind after finding out the bonds weren't at their full value and since my account was negative, she didn't want to do that. I gave $50 for my account because that's all I could do right now and planned on making payments, but she was NOT compassionate in the least! She embarrassed me by talking down to me and letting EVERYONE know my business!!! I've never felt so belittled in my life! I will be closing that account after I make my balance positive. If that's the kind of people they hire to represent their company, I don't want to have anything to do with them! She's very lucky I'm a God fearing woman and I'm going to pray for her, but I have to let the public know since she is a manager and SHOULD know how to handle customers with respect.

Horrible customer service. AT least 12 people waiting and 1 teller. The branch manager, Selen was unhelpful and unapologetic. This on a Friday morning when you would expect a bank in a commercial area to be busy. This is my husband's bank. I bank with Regions and would recommend you do too

I arrived at the bank on Saturday, a lady named Susy made an appointment for that day but before making it to me she told me that there were many appointments and the estimated time was one hour after I was leaving because it was urgent other people arrived after me she asked them if they had an appointment they said no ... and the person came out to say what will happen before me. and I interrupted I told them that I was before them and Mrs. Susy said that no thing that was false for me I saw when they entered was too arrogant and arrogant they should not have such unhelpful staff clarified I arrived at 9:15 at the bank and she said They closed at 1:00 am as if to make me understand that it was possible that they didn't attend me because I only had one person. I don't think they should have staff that don't want to work and unless they don't know how to treat clients well and be rude and unfair. Very bad service by Susy or Susi very unfair and unethical.

Do you like to wait in lines? This is your bank... Unfortunately I have to use this branch from time to time. Terribly understaffed and super slow. They got rid of the drive-through so you have to go in. I was seventh in line this morning and it took me 25 minutes to get to the only teller in the building. Bring a sandwich or a book if you need to use this branch.
