The worst branch ever. I witnessed a black guy want to deposit a check and they did not allow that to happen because he's a black guy. Everyone had the chance to deposit their check except this one guy. And the manager refuses to show her face in front of him and did not want to talk to him. Racism in this branch.

On Friday morning is full but so far they have there slow days ! Employee are the best they always friendly

I don't ever write reviews. I was just stuck in the "ATM only" lane for a half hour because they were routing people into the lane for regular transactions. They really shouldn't advertise one thing (quick drive thru atm), but offer another (slow drive up bank service). Just beware. Park and walk up to the atm or don't go here (note to self).

I opened an Online account,, and I have spoken with customer service Rep and was told that I could bank transfer $2k a day, Atm withdrawals of $700, Wire transfer up to $2k, spending limit of $2k none were successful except atm withdrawals and a few purchases, all others were denied. I put in for a bank transfer and Wells Fargo didn't allow it to go through. (Was also informed that it would take 2 days to complete/transfer.) Did the transfer through the APP, waited, and after the 2 days still no transfer..... I Was then informed that I can come to a Wells Fargo Bank and make larger withdrawals. To also add insult to injuries, embarrassing and humiliation, constantly declined purchases due to reaching daily limits even though I made no purchases for some of the days. I'm disabled and live in KY and the closest bank is in Nashville TN. I have to drive 2 hrs to do so. I am withdrawing all of my funds from my account and placing in a local bank... Was told if I withdraw over 10k that IRS will be notified, but its Rediculous that I have to drive 2 hours to withdraw funds that I need leaving me no choice but to withdraw all of my money from my account..... I can't run my business efficiently with these stipulations.The worst banking experienc that I've ever experienced in my life

Incredibly slow and very unhelpful. I tried to cash a check with Wells Fargo on it and they wouldnt even cash it because i had a paper copy issued by the government. Guess ill have to wait another 3-4 weeks to get it cashed. Very poor service.

When I see this Bank is 🗑️ trash I mean they trash. I can't believe I waited an hour with one person in front of me. They need a lot of training I lost one hour out of my life I can't never get back because they didn't know how to do their job.

This has to be the single worst bank in all of Metro Davidson County.When I say this bank has the slowest tellers in all of creation, it still doesn't do it justice.Fully staffed and only one other car in the Drive-Thru with me. Why would it take 17 minutes of my lunch break to deposit a check. Stood in line yesterday for 23 minutes inside. This place is a train wreck. I'm spoiled bc the W.F. in Bellevue is fast, efficient, and 100x more polite.

On February 5th I was making a withdrawal from one of my accounts. I had the great pleasure to interact with Cindy Davis. Due to my recent activity, the dollar total on my phone app was different than her computer. Cindy waited on the phone to explain the situation, eventually talking to three different people! Moving further up the chain of command until she resolved the matter! Great job Cindy, I appreciated your diligence!

This branch opens at 9:00am. It's currently 9:30. I have called 7 times. Update - 9:45, 9 calls! The phone has rang for about 3 minutes for each call. No one has answered... not once. No option to leave a voicemail. No nothing. It says online that I have to call to make an appointment for notary services, which I need, but how am I supposed to do that if they don't ever answer the phone?! Update - The phone was finally answered after 11 calls. They said "they're a very busy branch so it's difficult to answer the phone". I'm a manager, I understand this, but why then don't they hire staff to answer the phone or route the calls to the call center?
