Cashed in a money order here and immediately became flooded with spam calls. They took my phone number and immediately sold it to a bunch of federal loan scammers within 30 minutes of my visit. I know this because I use burner numbers for the express purpose of protecting my privacy. This one was clean and now it is not. Shady outfit all around. Also took 10% of my money order in fees, which is a lot of the total is over a thousand. Do not recommend.

Great experience for my first line of credit with Advanced Financial. Brandon was able to help me work around my business schedule. He allowed me to finish running my errands and come back when finished. When I came back, everything was set up and ready to go. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Customer service was horrible, Brandon was the advocate, didn't greet me. There wasn't any please or thank you, no can I help you with anything else. He was very dry, it wasn't because of a language barrier, it was just poor service. I tried to provide him with the correct information on paper, he took the information and messed up, then took the info, shoved the paperwork thru the hole and moved to the next person. No have a nice day, made sure he helped the next person with all smiles. Oh well, not my location preference anyway!

They are always upbeat and ready to help. As soon as you walk in everyone is smiling. I enjoy coming to this location over any of the rest. Free money orders are great also!
