Only have a 3 because I hate this bank !! By far the worst bank in the world!!!! That being said....The staff at this location are hands down some of the best people! Kind, caring, they actually try to help unlike every single BOA I have been. Keep up the great work

    Response from the owner

Most of these reviews are personal gripes with the corporation and not indicative of the branch. Every visit to this branch results in an enjoyable experience and I am always helped by wonderful members.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experiences and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^Matthew

I had more than one negative experience at this branch. The staff is rude and does not follow through with what they say they will do.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our follow through. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile. ^nicole

The employees are friendly and willing to help. But, they are working for a terrible company who does not know what the right hand is doing. Departments that do not communicate with each other. Takes forever and a day to solve any issues in a timely manner. I am saying that Bank of America as a whole is a terrible institution.

They no longer provide replacement debit cards when your card is lost or stolen. You have to do it by automated phone or online. In addition, there is a $5 charge. The local branches can't do anything except basic banking and anything that allows the bank to make money. They are quite useless. Bank of America is an awful, uncaring bank. They couldn't care less about their average customers, no matter how many years they have been with the bank. We are closing our account and moving to another bank.

Bank of America is an awful corporation that everyone should avoid at all costs. I opened an account online, and the next day deposited a significant amount of cash (from the sale of a used car). When I went to check my account balance later, both the app and the website refused to log me in and suggested that I call customer service. Their customer service dept. kindly informed me that BoA had decided to close my account for reasons they couldn't share and they would mail me the funds in the account... at some point.... That's the sort of bait and switch that ought to be illegal... if you need to wait to verify a newly opened account then fine, but don't take my money and THEN decide to close the account. Good thing I didn't need to use that money for anything immediate.

Since they closed the Derry branch this is the closest. Half hour to make a deposit. On my half hour lunch. Because they close at 4. One teller and 3-4 others sitting at desks. No drive-thru.

Closing Derry bank is inexcusable! Pay your employees some decent money.
