I stopped here on the slight chance that they might have a silver sterling rope chain for my tree of life pendant. Rachel Shannon was extremely helpful. She went out back and looked through all of her merchandise because she thought she had seen one out there. I was shocked when she came out and she had found it. It was the perfect length and a small rope chain exactly what I was looking for. Shannon went above and beyond for me. Very friendly and eager to help anyway she can. Usually I take reviews lightly but Rachel is absolutely amazing! She was very honest and was able to explain the value of my item. She worked very hard to get me the most from the value of the item. I had a great experience selling some old gold/silver today. I was kindly greeted by Rachel. Who has a wonderful upbeat personally. The store is very nice inside and has some wonderful jewelry for sale. Unique pieces too. The whole transaction took all of 10 minutes. And now I have some extra summer fun money & a new place to either sell to again. Or go shopping for some jewelry for me!!

Called there 2 times get answering machine no return call???? Went by there one side has a light that says open but the other side the door to the place is locked and is closed so which is it. On the bright side they lost my business and I sold my diamonds and gold to someone eles right up the street.
