Advance Auto Parts Pine St, Manchester

I went in to do a warranty battery exchange. They tested the old battery and the test came back good but because my battery was having issues in my car, they were insisting that something else was going on with my car and wouldn’t honor the warranty on the battery. The staff member Nick that I was dealing with was unpleasant and rude and treating me poorly. He was acting like I was trying to just exchange the battery because mine was a year old but that is not the case. I ended up walking out with my same battery that already left me stranded in the ice storm we got. Highly disappointed.

Cheapest process in town most of these time always a good deal if you pay online then pick it up...👍🕉️🙃

The place was busy but the staff worked quick but efficiently which was really nice. I had to ask for help in finding something in particular and the gentleman was very helpful and got me out as quick as possible which was even nicer!

Went in to get some oil, tag said buy one get one half off. Guy rang it up and it was full price. I told him about the tag, he went over and said no it wasnt that brand. I went to go show him and he ripped the sticker down and said "that's expired". I still had to pay full price. Pretty annoyed

Phone orders are pleasant. employees take their time to look into your needs as best they can. Cordial and professional.

I've been getting pots there for years and I find your prices are good and I never have a problem with their products. I believe they're open till 10 at night and that makes it more convenient for some people who might work overtime and can't go there by 9. You can check it out to be sure about the time that they close and I believe they close later on Sunday to which is good.

Helpful staff, but be careful ordering online. Happened a couple times now, go to pick up order and they don't have sufficient stock. May want to call ahead and confirm they can assemble the order before you make the trip. @AAP suggestion: take the time to put together orders ahead of customers showing up, and be proactive to issues. (At least until you upgrade your PIM. ;)

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm very annoyed with the store clerk right now that I'm going to. Maybe I walked in there on an off day for him, but he was very rude. He gave me attitude when I tried to ask if they had a part in stock and cut me off when I was talking. I've been to other Advance Auto parts and never had an issue, but I won't be visiting this particular store ever again so I don't have to interact with that jerk again.

Love the customer service they have to offer here. Cold day today and they still came out to swap my battery. Highly suggest this store

customer service was misleading & I was quoted a price for the same part at another location, They didn’t have it in store. Show up to this one and it was more expensive for some reason. Weird.

Not only my favorite auto parts store, but also my favorite crew. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Staff is always willing to help out!

I want to thank Nick at advance Auto the guy was great very polite very experienced took a time to put our wipers on and gave me everything I needed including a bulb for the rear tail light I think they should give Nick a raise or a bonus

Terrible!!! I never seen a more pitiful example of customer service. The manager was out back chatting with someone on his personal cell phone while 2 barely trained sales associates attempted to handle the customers they had. All the while the store is filled with people waiting for help. I counted 12 customers not including myself waiting. I called in earlier to ask for a part to be pulled aside and his reply "I can't do that, there's a line of people ahead of you." Then when i finally get to the counter the sales associate didn't know how to do a return. If i hadn't worked there before i wouldn't have been able to do it myself. I still had to ask a manager to put his number in to process my return. And lastly the other sales associate was holding a full on conversation with a customer about football instead of finishing the sale quickly, in order to help the next person. Just terrible. If i could curse them out on here i would.

Good customer service. Friendly environment. Very helpful employees. They help you with everything including installing windshield wipers for free and if one employee can't figure it out, they ask for help with another employee and get it done fast.also they don't want you to leave until they know everything is working great.

I am a try and do it myself kind of person and tend to observe what my father does while working on different vehicles and have picked up a thing or two, recently one of the hoses cracked in my Honda civic and had to be replaced as the anti freeze was spilling out so I went to get that hose the staff member came out to the car took a look at it went in looked in the computer went out back made sure they were actually out as the computer stated and then let me know where I could go to find it. Very helpful, polite and accommodating staff members.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star worst location. Staff is completely rude, disrespect and have no idea what they are talking about. I was quoted a price but had to pay another. Stay clear from here this isn't the first time they have been rude. I have been in there when they have been the was way towards other people. They need some major training in this location. Go to the mast road location well worth the time and drive. Way better service.
