The doors were closed and bars down before it even hit 4 pm. Not sure what happened to customer service and making sure you’re available until the close of business. I guess that went away when the pandemic came. Bank of America are just doing whatever now

Update your hours. Wasting peoples time by saying you are open when in fact only your ATM is present at this location.

I walked in today June 12, 2018 @ 4:00pm asked for a temporary debit card because I haven’t received my new card. The lady with the glasses tell me there are no more appointments taken. I have to make appointments to get a temporary card? None the less she was rude and was willing to help their white customers.

This is the slowest branch I have ever been to. I’m currently standing in line, there are 2 tellers open and the line is almost out the door while there is 2 people greeting at the front door. Efficiency is not a best practice here. Not to mention parking is TERRIBLE. Never coming to this branch again.

Visited there today to open a new account . I tried to take an appointment online but couldn’t get it so I just walked in . Manager Jaya was very kind polite and helpful. I waited there for 10-15 mins and was helped by an associate to get my account open. there were many people in queue . She responded to everyone and tried to help. I really appreciate her help today

    Response from the owner

I worked with this location for an auto loan. The staff here were very willing to help but they will not let you access any type of your own loan signing through their computers. I would give the staff here a 5 but the process of how BofA wants your auto loan business but then doesn't give that ability for their staff to give excellent customer service is the problem. A corporate bank that again doesn't care about the customer. After I got home i sold the vehicle. If my intentions were to keep the vehicle I would have worked with a different corporate bank and or a credit union.

This is where customer service goes to die....One poor woman was behind the counter helping 8 of us in line (this is 4:15 on a Monday). There were four other employees waking around the lobby carrying iPads and acting busy. I’m sure there’s a hierarchy of duties in terms of who does what but in the end customer service should be about the customers, right? If you see 8 people in line waiting to get help, why not jump behind the counter and help get everyone out as quickly as possible?? Try being a team player instead of stomping around the lobby going nowhere fast.

Am a BofA customer. Have been to the drive thru window at this location twice in the last month for cash transactions. Had to give my ID and debit card to get a $20 bill changed to small bills. Also took $20 in quarters to get $5 bills...the teller would not count out 80 quarters. She said I would have to come inside and the coins would have to be sent off and counted. It would not have taken her 3 minutes to count the quarters. Do the tellers at this location do any work? Makes me want to change banks.

Don't know why the people in the lobby are more important than the people in your drive through window. If you don't plan to serve them, then why keep it open. 2 tellers at a single computer inside working with one client. 3 cars waiting outside.
