UPDATED * Daniel, the manager, was the one I dealt with. Perhaps other loan managers are better communicators. Miscommunication every step of the way. Long delays on processing emails. Requests from underwriter that could have been explained away by a knowledgeable processor but instead I was forced to write many unnecessary LOE's and some of the asks were downright unprofessional. Employment verification done at the 11th hour instead of when everything else was being processed. Lying to me about phone calls to the Appraisal that never actually happened. Asking for new appraisal pictures when the loan is almost closed - months after receiving the appraisal. I could go on. This has been the worst loan experience I have ever had in my 15 years working in real estate and property management. Don't walk.. Run from this lender. It must have been the first loan they have EVER processed. Also, many issues with their title company they INSISTED we had to use.

Brandon was so patient and through in helping us secure financing for our home loan. We were first time homebuyers in a crazy market, which required education and hand-holding. Brandon was such a knowledgeable partner. He was able to help us every step of the way as we were challenged with multi-bid offers, over asking price and understanding loan structuring options that fit our budget. He was kind and professional, couldn't have asked for better support.

Richard is awesome! He's so friendly and knowledgeable, and he keeps his clients updated on what's happening. He is absolutely the best and I recommend him to everyone. He recently saved a deal I had. I was representing the seller, and the buyer told me a week before close that their funding didn't go through with their lender. I immediately called Richard for help. He and his team were able to get it done in less than SEVEN days!! Truly amazing. He always goes above and beyond for his clients.

Jacob Emmel was a Great Help!!! He's quick to communicate and is willing to help any and all clients. He gave us way better rates and payments than Eaglehome. I feel like I've asked a lot of repetitive and low-key/high-key stupid questions but he's chill and understands where we're coming from as new homeowners. I reported Brandon Findley because he committed a UDAAP violation; unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices. I had the illusion that I was getting my home. It is unfair that I did everything that was asked of me; just for him to tell me that he is unable to do the loan after I went into contract and paid my Ernest money and appraiser. It is abusive that he took advantage of the fact that I am a young, first-time home buyer. Abusive that he pulled my credit twice, the second time he pulled it without my authorization.

Richard and his team were amazing in every aspect! His professionalism and communication gave us ease of mind throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He helped us in so many ways. Not only did he help us improve our credit, but he lowered our closing cost by a sufficient amount. We are extremely happy with how easy he made everything. Bryan did a great job advising us and having us do little things to improve our credit score to optimize our refinance.
