Have had three mortgages with Guardian and once you find a loan originator, like Andy Cook, the process is very organized, efficient and transparent. I deducted a star because general customer support for Guardian Mortgage is polite but uninformed. After several confusing calls, I turned to their website and tracked down Andy on my own.

Valerie Rush is the best Mortgage Loan Originator. She knows what she is doing. My sister was on the time frame, because she was due to move out in two months. My sister sent her papers to Valerie and the same day she tells her how much she qualified for in the same day. The way she works, she makes you feel you are apart her family. I was told by many people that refinancing a home is as stressful as purchasing a home. I had the complete opposite experience. Aaron made the process easy by taking the time to explain details before beginning the refinance process. I was able to communicate with him through email instead of phone conversations which helped me with my very tight schedule. At times we were able to schedule phone appointments for the conversations that require more explanation. I never felt pressured during the process. I had plenty of time to make decisions and review documents. I always felt my questions and needs during the refinance were addressed and over all it was easy and smooth.
