We had many hurdles throughout this journey but somehow they would would always put our stress to rest. I’m so grateful for this team. I can honestly and genuinely say that without this team this would of Never happened for us. This process has been very personal to us and it has always felt that they made it personal to them as well. Lynn and his staff were absolutely an incredible team to work with throughout the entire process. My wife and I are first-time buyers and knew very little about the process, but Lynn was there every step of the way at all hours and never made us feel like a burden. I contacted Al Hewitt, spoke to him last week for refi. He wouldn't give me a quote without talking to me for 20-30 minutes, I gave him all details, like the house balance, what percent I'm paying now, how many years I have left, the house value, my credit score etc. He sent me a quote for rate. A week passed, so I emailed him back asking the details of closing cost. He replied saying he needed details. 2 hours passed, no reply so I decided to go with somebody else. I don't want him to waste his time working on my request, I sent him email saying "Thank you, but I already decided with someone else". He went ballistic and said "Details are everything. There's a right and wrong way to ask for loans. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN" Wow, that was great customer service I emailed him back saying, "Thanks for great customer service, I spoke to you last week so you know the details of the house". He replied back saying, "what a joke, I've done this for a long time, did thousands of houses, all 5 star reviews. I am not the problem here. Good luck shopping around and get the used car salesman that will get you what you want. Great character and integrity on your behalf" Wow, just wow. Was I wrong, to save his time so he doesn't have to work on my request, emailed him and said "thank you, I've decided to go with someone else?" and what's wrong with me shopping around? If I find a great rate, I must move fast and lock it in. Interest rate is very sensitive I am just speechless, if anyone wants to see his reply screenshot to me, I am willing to provide it. Blaming a customer is his mentality

Stacy and all the other team members were great at keeping us informed and up to date and all that was happening. But the most important thing were appreciated was that they listened to our concerns and questions and answered everything warmly and acutely. Stacy made this a very pleasurable experience and we would recommend her and the team to any and all who are looking to purchase housing as their lending company. Thanks again to Stacy, Eric, James and others for a terrific job and taking good care of us and our loan.

My wife and I are attempting to buy our first home and I heard great things about premier so we went with them. At first everything was great, very responsive and answered questions quickly. After we received an approval letter we didn't, and still haven't, heard a thing from them. I've emailed and called and no one has responded. We had some basic questions and no one would answer them. As a first time home buyer this process is a little intimidating and we wanted someone that would be there to help us through, this is not the company to go with.

If you want a lender that takes the time to answer all questions, is thorough and quick to close, and most importantly is on your team for home buying Sam is the one! Him and his team made our first time home buying process a breeze. Highly recommend!

I worked with Ken Melber to purchase an investment property in Texas. As a new real estate investor, Ken was better than I could have hoped for. He understood that I was learning as I went and helped me along every step of the way. I had many many questions and Ken was available whenever I needed him… which was often. Rather than being annoyed with me he would take the time, or schedule time for me; he’s very busy because he’s good. Luckily for me this never resulted in me not being able to get a hold of my lender. I was never left wondering about anything. Ken taught me so much and he will always have my gratitude. He helped me with things that he didn’t benefit at all from. He’s a good guy; I was so lucky to have stumbled across him and have him as my first lender for an investment property purchase. Highly recommend Ken Melber to anyone looking for financing in Texas.

As a young adult navigating the housing market and the ins and outs of things like escrow, insurance, interest rates and loan types, it can get confusing very quickly. Premier made that process extremely easy to navigate. Not only was the entire process quick it was also very informative. I was informed about every little step and what it meant, I never felt bottlenecked into making a choice. They always informed me of the pros and cons of each choice I could make (ie loan types). I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. Thank y'all for making the loan process and easy one :)
