Jake from New American was phenomenal to work with since the very beginning of our home buying process. He was always knowledgeable and responsive to both me and my real estate agent. He would also reach out every Friday to let me know he'd be available on the weekend if needed. He even went above and beyond to get his license in New Hampshire once we expanded our house search out of state due to budget limitation with the ever changing market conditions. Highly recommend working with Jake!

Phat Chau was great and helpful. Also got back to me whenever I called/emailed. Processor was good but hampered by underwriting. Underwriting was ridiculous. My credit rating is very high as well as income/assets. But they did a few things I’ve never had before. I had to pay off a few debts which was OK but they included a $16 and $338 bill. Silly. They also wanted a green card. ?????? My family has been here for generations. They finally admitted that was a mistake. And a few others minor annoyances. Overall the loan got done but???? Hence 3 stars and not 4 or 5.

title was good overall. however even at closing we weren't given any of the wire transfer information when we showed up so we left thinking we were all good until hours later i got as phone call saying they had not got the closing funds...we weren't given any information on whom to wire it to. quite odd on th closing part but we got it doe over the phone. they could def tweak up the closing services for sure...overall Caroline was available when I needed her and helped out the most.

Dayna Lingner is a promise much sales person who delivers the least she can.Newamerican Funding is poorly managed and for the most part just doesn't care. After carefully submitting our papers in the first week, the processor moved on but didn't breif the replacement processor and so we had to resubmit them.Fortunately, Livia Bell was very organized and did return phone calls in a professional manner. However, getting ahold of Dayna was like having your teeth pulled. Don't recommend this company. But don't worry, times are good in the RE Market, but we deserve better!

Katie K. was a pleasure to work with. I could call her any time during the day and she would answer my questions. She was also available via email. NAF was patient with me allowing me time to compare their offer with other offers. I also liked that NAF would be handling my loan and not selling it to another lender. Although they didn't have the best rates, I was sold on their service. I recommend NAF.

Very personable and focused on us as the customer during our refinance. As a less than ideal customer whom other lenders had ignored, they took the time to learn about us and develop a plan that would work for us and then proceeded to implement that plan. They kept us advised along the way and when issues came up they worked with us to resolve them and best of all - they would take our phone calls, would talk and listen to us and kept us assured that this was going to happen. The Big Boys spend a lot in advertising how good they are and how they will work with you, our experience is that "what they say is not backed up by their deeds". New American Funding is really someone you can trust to do what they say they will do.

Total frauds. Made my first home buying experience a terrible one. I loath my house because of them. Unorganized and slow, paperwork wrong even on closing day which they didn’t even have in on time.

I would like to thank New American Funding for a great job. it was a pleasure from beginning to the end. 95% of everything was done online it started with my loan consultant Mr. Matt Brown he has the greatest attitude about his job and I could tell he love what he does. It was a pleasure working with him. When I had a question, he had an answer. When I didn't quite know how to get the information he needed to him he talked me through it. Great job Matt!! The next step was with Ms. Ryleigh Rose Senior Processor she had the best attitude and the greatest patience with all of my questions about the refinance process. She explained everything so it was crystal clear. Great Job Ryleigh. After the close and all was said and done, I received a follow up call explaining the welcome packet that I would be receiving. I had a great experience dealing with this lender. Unlike other lenders with which I've dealt, I didn't feel like just another number. I appreciate that I had one point of contact the whole time, as he understood my unique situation and worked with me accordingly.

I had an amazing experience working with Chris Winston out of Fort Worth. He really got things going swiftly and efficiently. He got us an incredible rate and made himself available outside normal “business hours” just to keep things moving. Tracey Tran was our loan processor out of California, and she was great as well. The underwriting process was somewhat tedious with a lot of back and forth, which was possibly also due to some of our unique financial situation. Also, they work on west coast time, which at times was somewhat of a small challenging as we got down to closing date. But, they always worked into the evening to get things done. They were very professional, got us an AMAZING rate, and we closed in 30 days (despite being Christmas and Nee Years holidays!). So I think that’s pretty amazing. I would 100% use them again. Wish them the best.

I had inquired about the cost breakdown of home ownership because being a first time home buyer I wanted to know everything before signing paperwork and letting them check my credit. Well I have the rep information to contact my place of work so they can get income information so we can get some numbers. I haven't heard back; no email or phone call. It's like if you are one that takes time and wants things explained and laid out, then it's like they throw you aside; you don't matter to them anymore. I'm actually glad I didn't allow them to check my credit and I will be locking my credit report.

This has not been a great experience. While I liked our loan officer personally, I feel like there was not always consistent communication, and that was partially on our side in the beginning. When I emailed, I did not always receive responses. I was not warned when other parties contacted us for additional information. Our address was wrong on our documents all the way until notarization despite multiple attempts to get it corrected. We were not reminded of deadlines or when something was fixed in the system. Our other two mortgage experiences were easier, and I felt that the loan officers there wanted our business and therefore would keep us and everything on track. If it were not for the amazing interest rate and super low closing cost, we were going to be done with this process.

This was probably the worst experience I had. While Shelby was a great loan officer, this company is the worst. They have had my information since January and today when I am supposed to close they tell me that we are not sure if your employment will continue. They literally wasted my time and I almost lost my house. If you are a minority or going for FHA please save your breath and go to Bank of America or Rocket Mortgage. I just got funding through Rocket Mortgage

Over promises and under delivers. Poor communication within the company, cancelled their services and happily now closing on my home with a new lender. Felt I caught them being deceitful multiple Times, ignores the customer and agent. Just not a good practice of doing business
