Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Sw Tualatin-sherwood Rd, Sherwood

I come in and cash my checks all the time from the same check writer and they take a really long time to do it. They search through their computer and I could be standing with the teller for like over 10 minutes sometimes while other bank locations get me in and out. They have good service though. I just don’t have time to do the same wait every single time.

They made our lives incredibly easy after my father-in-law passed away. They were friendly and made themselves available to the best of their ability to help us out during a difficult time. The customer service was exceptional. Even when we closed out all accounts with them, they showed that same friendly and professional demeanor. Our choice to go elsewhere was simply a numbers game for better rates. If we ever saw a more competitive offer on rates with BoA, we would 100% reconsider going back to this branch.

Be warey of banker Aaron Victor Hooper. He stole money from my account (warrant and reciepts to prove it) and bank of America dropped the case because there investigation "didn't find anything" Don't trust bank of America, especially this branch

They were good to me up until the point when i decided to get a auto loan and ultimately decided to change banks. I made a student loan payment the day before pulling out most of my remaining funds. Only the payment didn't go all the way through until the day i pulled out most of my remaining funds. This means the payment was showing on my account as pending but the teller decided not to tell me that i would end up overdrawn by the end of the day. So of coarse there were over draft fees. Then after never being charged a monthly maintenance fee for at least 12 months (as far as online banking goes back) they charge me $12 while I'm already overdrawn and charge me another overdraw fee. This bank is a sore looser. I decide to change banks to make life easier due to being approved at a different bank (after being denied at this bank) and they start pulling this crap on me.

This branch allows thieves to work for them with little consequence when caught. Not trustworthy business practices.

BOA (specifically this branch) employs people who have been accused of stealing from customer’s accounts. We have receipts and warrants as proof. Bank of America is aware and dropped their investigation. Avoid Bank of America, avoid banker Aaron Hooper at this branch.

This branch allows PROVEN FRAUD without even being smart enough to act embarrassed. Management allows low level employees to allow fraudulent charges with zero consequence. Problems are serious and not new- be prepared to hear about this branch on a national PR level. Seriously criminal stuff here , with evidence

Aaron Hooper will quite literally steal money right put of customers accounts and somehow get away with it. Do not take your funds or business to this branch.

They have an internal thief that can steal your money and get away with it. Good to know they give their workers the benefit of the doubt even with evidence piled against the worker.

New staff working in there are dishonest he told me that I can come over and give me a service right away and then told me to wait after others appointment. No account ability what so ever. If you can’t keep your promised please don’t waste others people times.
