Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Centennial Ave, Piscataway

I am a long time customer of Bank of America and have used several locations in the area. The Centennial Ave location being my home location. I have always received exceptional service at this branch. Whether I am speaking with a teller or a manager everyone is professional and polite

Nothing but good customer interactions with this staff. Allan is super cool and very helpful. I travel often and always order my foreign currency and have it delivered here for pick up. They call me the day it arrives and the process is seamless. Most banks are moving to get you to do most transactions via web, so if you're still doing all of your banking at the branch then you probably should step into 2018. IJS.

Very poor customer service. Including the manager, all the tellers and personal bankers are always rude, they dont pay attention to the customers, they dont smile, they dont welcome you. They always seem miserable. I dont know if that is their culture or what but i hate to go to this specific branch location, i do my best to avoid it. I have to keep my account with bank of america because of my work, but if i had a choice i would certainly move my account somewhere else just because of this branch. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house. I personally think that BOA management should send a secret shopper to this branch specifically and monitor their activities. They will see what im talking about.

Good bank overall but I'm not sure why I can't use their ATM to deposit cash into my own account at this bank and another branch around the corner three days in a row. Lucky for me I discovered a nearby branch with a drive up ATM in Edison that accepts cash deposits.

GREAT experience with Alan!! He was prompt in finding me a quick solution for transferring funds from an account that was scheduled to be closed. Very friendly and great service!! Thank you Alan!

Amazing customer service and excellent customer experience! Highly recommended! Mary was super nice and helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Marwa was super patient and stuck with me throughout the whole process of opening a business checking account. So I usually didn’t give reviews specially for the financial institution I bank with but this Piscataway location if you choose to walk in be aware 1. The teller name Maya seems like doesn’t like what she dose not helpful at all and not happy with her job. While swiping my card she doesn’t even look like wiling to help. 2. The assistant manager who pretends to be Manager and provide false information regarding her designation. Scenario I walked in branch and swipe my debt card 4 times so there is chip issue instead of helping me Maya just gave me that one ugly look which made me shock so I try to speak with manager what is her problem she doesn’t like working here or what is the issue with her and the girl sitting Right next to her Anny said I am the manager and I can assist you ( she lied that she is manager ) she is an assistant manager not a manager so make sure who you are speaking with after 10 years having BOA as a primary bank today this branch breach my trust with BOA institue so how can I trust this financial institution with my money in their hand? One of the most pathetic service I got from this branch made me sick that they can give false information as well? Think twice when walking in this branch.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The "Manager" Allen refused to notarize my father's probate documents because they were for a court in another state and claimed that a notary couldn't notarize any out of state documents. I've been a BOA customer for over 10 years and had nothing but troubles but this was the WORST customer service I've ever had!

Extremely terrible! Misleading you to open account/credit card! But didn't process it correctly.Won't handle the issue but throw you to call customer service! What's worst, they would FORCE you to give them five star and send message to your personal phone number if you didn't! How can them get the customer information like it?! I cannot trust them anymore! Don't do any service with them! DONT!!!!!!!!

It was a great experience with the banker Marwa Hafez. She guided us very well and it was our first time visiting Bank of America.
