I came to this Chase to open up an account. Anthony approached me professional and attempted to uncover my needs. After talking to him for a little he convinced me Chase was the best. He made the process super easy! I will continue doing business at this location. Thanks Anthony for all the help

Absolute garbage banking and customer service. I had 3 fraud charges on my credit card so when I called customer support they said they could only handle 2, and the third would require a form that could be filled out at any chase branch. I arrived, was told to wait, then was told they couldn't handle fraud there, then told me to wait again while people who arrived after me would be serviced first.... if you have chase, do your banking with them at ANY other branch

For some reason Chase closed my account a week after I opened it, so I called and they didn’t explain why and just said to visit a branch. I came to this branch with an appointment with Soheir Makary and she took us in 15min late. She was super slow and was lost and confused. She also couldn’t find out why they canceled my account. If you come here evade Soheir at all costs.

Anthony was very sweet and accommodating. The staff were very helpful and really easy to work with. Excellent experience would definitely recommend.

Very bad customer service. Just to pee, they dont let you use their bathroom and make you drive to another store, just to PEE!!! The guy's name is Vijay, btw!! Terrible!! Very inconsiderate to their customers!!

Terrible service. I always come in to do a business bank deposit. And I got yelled at by the manager to wait in line as I am holding up the line?? I waited in like like everyone else, I should be treated as a customer and not a hassle. Waited 45 minutes before being helped while everyone else did not have to.

Vijaykumar Niyar is a disgrace for chase bank, he should be fired immediately as he is making chase lose customers with poor performance and customer service. My mom went to open an account was late 10 minutes due to doctor's appointment, the appointment we had 1-hour window to open a new account made her wait 15 minutes and told her that he can't take her and need to reschedule. We had another appointment at 1:00 pm which he canceled himself. People like this should not be working for a highly reputed bank like chase. I hope superiors will read this message and take action against this unprofessional individual and replace him with a professional which chase represents to do. We have many accounts with chase and it was our duty to notify chase and we will be calling chase to notify this behavior.

I am disappointed in the service of this branch compared to the usual level of professionalism and knowledge I expect from Chase employees. I came in to process a name change on my account and was turned down as the banker wouldn’t accept my marriage certificate. I went to the Metuchen branch and my name change was processed right away.

Moved from IL recently and needed some changes on my account. Geeta has been very helpful and friendly.

This is one of the worse Chase Bank branches in New Jersey. The staff here seem a bit slow all the time. I do not know what takes them so long to deposit a check. This is why I do not come to this branch anymore and just deposit my checks through the Chase mobile app. I miss the short Asian girl that used to be a teller at this branch because she was fast. The other kid Vatrelle is not really there when I come to this branch and he is one of the good workers as well.
