TD Bank Stelton Rd, Piscataway

I wish i could give them less than one star! Pathetic customer service! Nasty lady teller at the front today as if she is doing me a favor for my OWN money! Just asked her for some change of couple of dollars and she nastily replied what change what do you mean by change. I mean you could be polite enough to ask me i could have explained. I am not an outsider. I have a td account too! Nasty nasty behavior! Never going back to this branch ever!

We get coin a lot from them and I understand that there is a coin shortage but at the very least you should be answering the phones. I went in today and Juliet was quite rude when I asked for coin. Instead of a nice "I'm sorry sir we are currently out of..." She responds with we don't have any. Please answer your phone and train your staff to be friendlier.

TD bank is horrible. I deposit a check and it takes 6-7 business days for the check to clear. There's a woman named Zee that's a manager in the Piscataway branch, if you have any issues, she the person who gets things done!! The other male manager sucks, fast talk you and your still stuck with a issue. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

America's least convenient bank. I needed a new debit card printed during a 30 minute lunch break. I called the branch prior to inform them of my time restraints and they said they would get things done. Upon arrival, I was greeted and redirected by an employee who had just started their break. Understandable, it's her lunch break and that's fair. The other employees didn't help, and I waited around the bank lobby for my entire break. I've had TD bank for almost 8 years now and have never run into any issues depositing, withdrawing or having to use my debit card. Unfortunately, when it comes to customer service or any help at an actual TD branch, TD Bank is l̶a̶c̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I've never had a convenient or smooth interaction at any location. Will be taking the very little money I have elsewhere. Probably Bank of America. If anyone has read this far, any bank recommendations? I will definitely be closing my TD Bank checking account.

The worst bank ever! It is a huge bank with like 8 customer service desks and offices and a second level. Yet everytime I go in there, there is only 2 tellers working. I have left twice because I had to go back to work. Today I went in there and it looked like the bank was completely empty except for 1 teller and then one other one finally came out from the back. I asked if there was anyone at the customer service desks she says oh yes she is in the back. I was there for 20 minutes no one came out. Finally had to leave. Done!! Would have given no stars but it wont let me

I always had a not good, but not bad experience coming inside the bank, but Robinson has made my banking experience 10x better; he's helped me with so many business related issues and business and personal banking things. Thank You Rob!

While I was being "helped," the woman who was taking care of my transaction decided she needed to help her colleague and intervene with another customer's problem. She was not asked to assist....and I HAD TO WAIT for her to return. When I voiced my complaint, she told me she was a manager. If the managers treat customers the way I was treated, there is no question why this TD branch rating is so poor.

Worst TD bank site ever...and worst bank I've ever dealt with. Stiffed a child with $10 fees just to cash a Christmas check (mind you it's TD Bank own check)....$10 is someone's hard working hourly pay. Change your policy!! I will close account after holidays and will take my business else where.

I’ve been sending employees to get certified checks for certain vendors from this bank for close to a a year without an issue, they would cash a check written to them, and then use that cash to get a certified check made. For some reason, they no longer allow my employees do to this, and are saying the account signer must be present to to get a certified check. TD Bank is not business friendly if they can’t allow employees to conduct a simple transaction like this without having the signer present. I will have to switch all of my TD Bank accounts to another bank now that actually gives business owners flexibility This branch in particular is especially bad, the tellers are extremely slow. Most of the time there aren’t even tellers behind the counter and they come running out of some back room 10 minutes later. They also seem to have a problem with African Americans and Hispanics, requiring them to jump through even more hoops to complete a simple transaction.

The staff is very friendly...the problem is with either corporate or the manager running this Branch. Everyday I dread going there because of the wait to make a deposit...I can usually count on 20-25 minutes everytime! they only have one teller when the line has at least 6 people...WAIT.WAIT. f you need to make a quick transaction this is NOT the branch to go to..I wish there was a closer TD
