First time home buyer here, and let me tell you. The experience with guidance was absolutely seamless and easy. I never once felt unaware as to what was happening, if I was missing anything, or confused about the process. Our account manager Minhaj helped guide us through the entire process from start to finish and was reachable at any moment. He was awesome from start to finish and even post closing checked up on us and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend guidance to anyone looking for an Islamic loan, they truly care about their clients.

Guidance Residential was a fantastic experience in getting an Islamic Shari'ah compliant mortgage. The Guidance website has a great online system which keeps track of all stages of the application process in an organized way. I honestly cannot recommend Guidance Residential more. The home buying process is an extensive and often confusing endeavor, especially for us first-time home buyers. What made Guidance stand out was that it is one of the only legitimate Islamic home financing options. Our Account Executive, Qassim​ Darawsheh, made us confident in our choice thanks to his personable demeanor. Throughout the process there were multiple (multiple!) documents that we had to gather, sign, and submit to Guidance in order to get our loan approved. My wife and I felt comfortable with Qassim throughout and never felt like we were struggling to complete anything. We always felt we were being taken care of and were a priority. It was such a pleasure working with Qassim Darawsheh at Guidance Residenital. He was always there to answer any questions we might have - even after work hours! Alhamdhulillah. i had a great unique experience with guidance. My condo had some issues getting the structural safety addendum and i was about to be denied.
