Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Mola Blvd, Elmwood Park

I have came to this bank many times before.. I really had to use the bathroom.. The manager ( Spanish lady) who can clearly see me doing the dance when you really have to use the bathroom I asked her if it’s possible to use to bathroom she said we don’t have a public bathroom here..Shouldn’t you have one?!? The bank serves the people.. I have used the bathroom here before so I was taken back..

Eliana is RUUUDEEEE!!! Closes at 4p, so no one can come in after work. No restroom for customers!

I rarely post reviews, but I come here almost everyday and this bank always provides great service and are always welcoming . The tellers are always friendly and efficient, and go above and beyond to help their clients. Would recommend this bank to anyone, regardless of what other people say!

As a Bank of America customer for many years coming to elm wood park was one of the best customer service experiences by far! Hans and his team are exceptionally helpful. They take their time to answer any questions you have and try to help you accordingly. Also, any time I have had to call with many questions or help they are always there to answer me or return a call in a sufficient amount of time! The staff in this bank think they're running their own mom n pop shop. I went there 20 minutes before closing and was denied a wire transaction. First excuse was that the person in charge had to leave early and when I insisted since not sending the wire that day will have negative impacts on my business they informed that the "system for wires stopped working that day". I have 16 accounts with BofA and the only thing that stopped me from taking my business to another bank are the wonderful people who are in charge of the Oakland-NJ branch.

I came to this branch to deposit cash into one of their ATMs. Unfortunately, the ATM malfunctioned and printed out a receipt that said I only deposited a fraction of the cash I put into the machine. I asked one of the tellers for help, but was repeatedly told to call the number on the ATM and was offered no help whatsoever. They told me that there is absolutely nothing that they can do for me. Their attitude was: "It is none of our business that there is a faulty ATM in our branch and we cannot do anything for you. Why don't you call the number on the ATM and resolve the issue yourself?" So, I called the number on the ATM and was greeted by an employee who could not figure out the problem for 40 minutes. I had to ask for her supervisor to step in. The supervisor was finally able to figure out the problem and resolve the issue. After wasting nearly an hour at this branch due to their faulty machine, I walked out the door with steam coming out of my head. I see reviews of other people having problems with their ATMs as well with the oldest review about faulty ATM from 2 years ago. So, I had to ask myself why people in this branch have not replaced the machines already. Probably the same reason they don't want to help me. They don't care about the frustration that faulty machines have caused me or anyone that came before me. Incredible.

Teller telling me to wait 30 min for wire transfer. They think they own this bank! Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
