Terrible customer service, you walk in and no ones even acknowledge you, spent 30 min just to do a notary signature without success, i provided all documents ids etc and they asked me about check that i deposited a year ago to confirm my identity after giving them even a text message code that they sent also gave my bank atm debit card. That was just a signature, i cant even imagine to do any serious money deals with them! Most ridiculous bureaucracy ever. Disclaimer, Other TD banks i never had an issue , its just this one.

Terrible costumer service, Kathy is the most unprofessional, unpleasant, nasty person I ever had to deal with. I have 15 accounts at TD bank and unfortunately one of the business I own is close to that location so chose to do deposits due to convenience but between her nasty attitude and very unprofessional comments I will make sure I will take the extra 7 minutes and go to the Little Ferry NJ location.

Always had good experience there but lately it went downhill. I'm using the drive thru more frequently because of current Covid situation. I can understand the wait time and all that takes is a little patience but the poor customer service is unacceptable. I deposited today and the teller opened the drive up door and not even a hello. Then when my transaction was finished he opens the drawer and is talking with the person in the lane next to me. I had to ask if I was ok to go. No thank you no have a nice day. Customer service and friendliness is something they need to work on. .

I made deposit not showing up on my account not even pending transaction. I believe my deposit went to someone account . How this will happened!!!!!!!

Most inconvenient bank EVER. 1 TELLER WORKING ONLY. ALL BY HIMSELF IN THE BRANCH WHILE 20 CARS WAITING ON DRIVE TROUGH

If I could give zero stars I would. Totally incompetent staff. Useless. Couldn't find their way out of a paper bag much less handle banking. Joel Gomez is nasty and would be better suited in a job putting pencils in a box which still might be too difficult a task for him. Horrible experience and definitely closing my accounts

Gave it one star because zero isn't an option. The branch manager JENNIFER is terrible!! I made a deposit that is being held for 6 days till TD can clear it. I explained that payments will be coming out and I don't want to get hit with over draft fees, because they are holding up the check from clearing. I asked if there was any way to expedite this, and she gave me 0 suggestions, she was in a rush to get me off the phone and literally hung up on me while I was still speaking. Really?! Get off your high horse, your a branch manager at a bank, you have terrible customer service skills. I have 3 accounts at this bank and will close all of them. Good job Jennifer.

Not even worth your time and money. I would give 0stars if I could. The manager is impolite, not at all courteous to show some respect. Talks like she owns TD bank. We specifically made an appointment because of this pandemic but because of their staff miscommunication they didn't put my appointment down. She talks like she is yelling at everybody. We were even told to stand in a corner while others were offered seats to sit. I'm so disappointed. Save yourself from a bad experience.

I really have to say this branch Has been a night mare for me. The service was very unpleasant. The store manager (Jennifer Enright) wasn’t concerned of the problems that stood in front of me. When asked to speak to her from her employee (Rob) who choose not to hand me his business card. I was told to find another branch. This branch needs serious customer communication skills. Just a horrible branch I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

You would be better off banking in a sewer. Tellers and managers are a nightmare. Edit: 9 months later This bank is still a disaster, on top of the tellers being some of the unfriendliest and least helpful in the industry.
