Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando

Horrible experience. Went to this location after finding out another branch was closed. We were trying to deposit cash into a family member savings account due to them having a financial need it of state. This company plain out refused to accept cash got personal cash and told me to drive to another location to purchase a money order and come back to deposit. Are you serious??? We were not trying to withdrawal money we were trying to deposit cash for a family member for an emergency.

One of the worst Bank of America locations. Only rating 1 star because I can’t rate it 0. Lines are ALWAYS almost out the door. Short staffed and there is always only 1-2 tellers working while the rest of the employees twiddle their thumbs. They do not care about customer service or wasting your time. If you don’t have 45+ minutes to waste AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The only thing pleasant about this branch are the employees. That's the only reason I gave it one star. The wait time however is just unnecessary. Like another customer wrote, there is always only ONE teller on duty while the line is +10 people. According to the manager, corporate controls the number of employees on staff. Well listen up bank of America...this branch needs more employees if you want to keep your customers!! Lucky for me, I don't bank here. I only visit once a month to pay rent. And if I had to choose another bank I would definitely NOT choose this branch. I'm in line as I type and have been for at least 15 minutes and still have 8 people ahead of me. This is insane and poor customer service.

Worst Bank of America I have ever been to. Only one teller. Other employees standing around not doing anything. Very unfriendly staff. I have never seen such an unhappy looking staff. I go here weekly and same every time. Seriously going to move all my accounts over to another bank. I gave this a one star because it won’t let you post without putting at least one.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. No drive through and only 1 teller ever working with ridiculously long lines. I usually have to wait 30 minutes at a minimum to see a teller. This is the worst Bank of America ever, avoid coming here if possible!!! Unfortunately, it's close to work for me and the bank by my house is closed before and after work. Some else commented about this bank is not ideal for English speaking individuals - that is true..

Came to this store and and signed in to close my account, they told me a 30 minutes wait and now I have been an hour so I went to check my status and they told me that the lady forgot to add me to the waiting list! Worst customer service ever!!!

Horrible Customer Service here! Go bank somewhere else! Branch Manager Daisy does not belong dealing with the public. Very sarcastic with her tone of voice, passive aggressive! This bank is very inconsistent with their rules! I was able to make a 18k cashiers check last month with my old last name (not the same as current drivers license) and yet today im unable to make ANY changes? Corporate needs to step it up at this location and make sure EVERYONE is being treated the same and avoid a lawsuit for discrimination!

Took me 30 mintes to make a deposit and get change. Bank had one teller working and a large line consistently filling up. When I asked if there were more tellers available, the lady (who takes appointments, not the teller), stated they are a one teller branch and that it is always like that. Non apologetic in the least. It actually frustrated me so much, I wanted to close my accounts and change banks. The teller was also indifferent, borderline rude.

Nice employees which is why I give it any credit at all. But this is by far the slowest Bank of America I have ever been to. Every single time I go in only one teller is working while the line is nearly outside. You think the bank manager would see the problem and schedule more tellers, but week by week the same thing happens.

Customer service! They don't know the meaning of these words! Waited over 1 HOUR and 15 minutes to see a "BANKER" While I was waiting other customers were complaining about the wait to see the teller, One person said that they have been waiting for 20 minutes! The management is lazy. I talked to her and she made an excuse that one person person was on vacation and another called in sick and another was at lunch. Wouldn't you have a floater come in for the one on vacation? What kind of way is this to run a business! And they don't even have refreshments in their lobby to make the waiting time more pleasant! They have a TV that only plays Bank of America ads! RUN, DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER BANK. Go to a Smaller friendlier bank that believes in good customer service. These people don't care about you or your time! They only want your money!
