If you want to open a bank account you have to go see Amy she is very Patient and knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing I Highly recommend her!!!!

With regard to home loan, poor customer service, loan officer does not communicate regularly or clearly, and only showed a sense of urgency on the last possible day. Their close on time guarantee seems nothing more than an advertising gimmick. Our realtor warned us against them, but we had to go with them because Bank of America has been our bank and has a close relationship with Merrill Lynch. Hopefully it is just a problem with this loan officer, but if you have to do business with them, educate yourself and be prepared to do all the work yourself. You'll have to send copies of all your documents multiple times, as several will disappear into the BoA electronic ether. Their was no regular checking in, making sure that things with title and underwriters are moving along, checking the documents you provide in a timely fashion, reading the loan agreement and amendments, etc. Perhaps it is a result of too many balls in the air at one time for an overworked employee, but that is not the impression it leaves. Regardless the result is poor customer service and a bad reputation for Bank of America.

Tried to close out my small business checking account last week. Paid off balance and lady said she closed out the account. But I went online today and the account is still open. I hope they try to bill me for another month!

Ask me for my business. Set up accounts (pain) horrid customer service. Then they close. Sorry outfit.

I have always had great experiences with the tellers and account staff at this location since this location opened. There's always someone at the front to help you get right to what you need. This particular branch is never crowded, and that is a fantastic benefit as well.

I was excited to see BOA come to my area, but quickly disappointing that there is no drive up teller, and the banking hours are like back in the 70's. I have 8 BOA accounts and hope this one adds a virtual teller soon.

I've been banking for a long time and I know tellers and other people. We're talking about a bank. Not a restaurant.
