unbelievably incompetent. This bank consolidated my accounts into 1 account and forgot to reverse a charge in my favor. The representative said she was incapable of fixing it. i would have to call customer service. Either BOA Is really messed up or the rep is either lazy or poorly trained. Good reason to close my remaining account. Totally useless. Look at the 1 star reviews. With the competition, you would expect above average service. I am done with BOA. They take 1 step forward and 5 steps back. and i don’t feel like dancing. EDIT: Response back to BOA: Are you kidding me? You can't even addressing the inadequacies of your Bank? You want customers to waste more energy to contact your social media. You are pathetic. The bank and the customer service. I am so glad to be leaving.

Worst bank ever. The people at this branch never answer the phone and they give you bad information which will negatively effect you and your money. Terrible service.

Only 1 teller inside the last 2 times I’ve been there. The drive through has also been closed for years.

I have tried to call this bank everyday this week at different times and no one has answered. I deposited money into my account that I never received and I can’t get any service from the branch. It’s embarrassing and distasteful. I will never use one of their atm’s again.

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. I walked in and was very rudely greeted by the Latino heavy set greeter with too much facial hair. All I needed was a replacement card which should take 5 maybe 10 mins max. I ended up spending 1 1/2 hours here thanks to the very unorganized system they use. I was the only one waiting for an available banker and then someone came in and sat next to me and was helped before I was, this happened TWICE and after going to Latino and asking for help he told me I should just be grateful they are seeing me at all today. Very bad service, just ended my entire families ties after 15 years with BOA and am now moving to chase.

They closed my account in June 2021 and its June 2022. They haven’t released my $28000. There was no complaints or chargebacks on my account. They kept telling me to wait few more days every time I used to contact them. Last month they told me to ask my payees to reverse their transfers from my account, I confirmed multiple times with them if that is possible as my account is closed and transfers were done a year ago, on that they convinced me that they will be able to do it as it’s a normal banking system. But when my payee made that request with his bank after couple of weeks he was told bank of America has rejected the reversal. So this bank has taken me for a ride since a year, lying to me all the time and trying to scam me by not releasing funds. I had never imagined a bank can scam you like that and that a bank like Bank of America

I can't get anyone to answer the phone. They are closed now on Saturday. BOA closed the branch by my office. I can't access my Safe Deposit Box on Saturday nor reach anyone. All signs are pointing to changing banks!

Absolutely terrible. I have to come in often to deposit checks for my business and no matter what time I come it is always packed with a line to the door. With only one teller! I don't have time to spend a full hour waiting in line just to see the teller for 45 seconds for a deposit. To make it worse they closed the drive through, and the other location near me at Bethany Rd. in Lucas by Walmart is closed randomly and they don't update their hours except with a note on the door. I already closed two of my personal accounts and will be doing so with my business accounts as well. We're going to Wells Fargo. BofA on Exchange and HWY 5 is a nightmare and I hope I never have to deal with them again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone, worst location, when they started with safe deposit boxes it was so good, now they discontinued and now I have to wait like old traditional style, and they keep raising safe deposit box pricing, when I started 8 yrs back we started with $60 now it’s $250, they don’t even have any notarized service at this location
