Could not withdraw 8k because "we don't have enough 100 dollas notes cash on hand" I went to another chase bank and they cashed out 8k without any hesitation

I have had a Chase account, loans and other services for over 30 years and have seen the banks move more and more toward on line services. If I wanted an online bank, there are plenty out there however I like the personal touch ever so often. So many service industries have gone to self service from buffets o store check out to carry out and to banking. Perhaps Chase has just outgrown the public customers and should just become a commercial bank.

Worst customer service. Called ahead of time multiple times, and nobody answers the phone. Decided to walk in at 1pm, they were not super busy as nobody else was in line, and they took 10 min to acknowledge me. I was told i'd have to come back because the person that could help me didn't have lunch yet, i can set up an appointment, or go to another location. I asked about appointment times. The guy said he would get the appointment times for me, then immediately asked another customer if they needed help. He chatted with them for 5 minutes with no sign of getting that info for me, and i walked out. Nothing professional about the interactions i had with this person. Other locations aren't like this at all. I was able to call in at another place nearby, get on the phone with someone immediately, and they said that we can walk in and they would personally get what we needed.

Showed up at 1720 in a friday. 1 customer getting assistance from teller in rear, drive through empty, 2 bankers in lobby(1 was assisting a customer/other gentleman was clicking away on his Dell). He acknowledged me and said it would be just a minute. I walked out at 1745. He asked what he could do for me as i was leaving. I advised, no thanks sorry to bother you. Looks like I’m pulling my accounts after 16 years. Notary only takes 2 mins. Legacy Bank looks like a good one.

This branch pretty much never answers their telephone

Drive up atm is almost always out of order and there are no atms inside the branch. This is the fifth time Ive been here and it has not been working.

This manager in this branch should be sacked! Period. I walked in trying to fix a minor problem that chase bank created, the manager said I have to make an appointment. I said it will only take 5 mins to fix it, why cannot we just fix it now. This guy has been wandering a little while to talk to strangers like me already, why don't you just sit down and fix the problem for walk in customer. Instead he say he has no time. Ridiculous, If you have time to talk to strangers why don't you just sit down and fix problem for the customers.

I come once in a while at this location. Deposit my business cash. They act like don’t like me and don’t want to do business because may be they don’t want to count cash. Employee asked the manager and she support her employee too. Looks like bad team. I never had a problem on other location. Chase management must have to think about their employees at this location.

I love this branch! I was born and raised in Allen TX and would never move anywhere else. Everyone at this bank knows me by name and are all around good people. 5 stars for them!

Terrible customer service. Made excuses for why notary can stamp my document. "They have to leave for lunch". Why cant they just leave after they stamp my document? Wont go back.
