I made an appointment to see a specialist for help in regards to my BOA credit card. First he was a half-hour late to help me, as he was busy with someone else (regardless of my appointment time). Then he basically told me at the retail level they can’t access any card information and couldn’t help me so I would need to either call the number on my card or seek help from another bank. Thank you for wasting my time!

I stood in line for 30 mins and didn’t move at all. Wildly understaffed. Line is literally out the door with one teller working. Manager walking around and not helping cut the line down at all. This branch is a joke. Switching up banks, can’t spend 2 hours in line for something that would take a teller 45 seconds to process.

Update: I spoke with Leticia and she made it happen in a couple days. We didn’t have to change any of our our reservations. She made our experience a 5 star experience. Thank you so much Leticia. We have been trying to get in contact with this location for weeks. No one ever answers the phone. We have scheduled an appointment and today we finally got a hold of the actual branch to let them know that we will need the lock drilled on our safety deposit box and now they are saying that we have to give them a weeks notice! We could have given that notice in the past few weeks that we have been trying to call your location. We are traveling from out of state and have everything booked, thanks for nothing.

If I can give 0 stars I would! What is this customer service? Good luck waiting in line without grabbing a chair! Seriously the wait is unbelievable and the manager was rude just cause I asked if there is an extra person to help since I stood in a line for 10+ minutes! Get more staff! Worst bank experience ever and unprofessional manager who was rude!

Plan on waiting at LEAST 1 hr on Fridays. They send everyone to lunch at 12, and one teller helping the crowd at 5pm. As a business, you would assume that the bank would have more people helping on the busiest day of the week- wrong. The people are nice but a "quick" trip the the bank turns into a huge headache.

I have had only bad experiences with this place. Went in to cash a check so I didn't have to wait 24 hours to access it. Asked the teller specially if I would have access to my money immediately and she reassured me i would. After she deposited she then stated I wouldn't have access for 24 hours. I asked because I would've gone somewhere else to cash it. They don't know what they are doing. Don't recommend this bank. I'll be switching.

I have been a loyal customer of BOA for years, and this guy teller wouldn't let me cash or deposit this check! I have never had problem cashing or depositing a check... Guess I'll be looking for a new Banking services... Just at this location I have had problems..

Why does the manager walk around asking "how can I help you?"? It can not be for faster service. Faster service would be having more than 3 tellers scheduled on a Friday. Even better why doesn't the manager get on a teller desk and get people through? They would find out how than can help us by doing so............ Here I am again. 17 CUSTOMERS in line. Again 1 teller

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I'm never able to see a personal banker. They go by appointment ONLY. Even for something as minimal as a card replacement. Feels very hostile , I'm always treated like my business is no good there. Thank the Lord for the other boa in central mesa they help me without hesitation.

All I needed was a temporary debit card which takes less than 5 minutes to issue.. Was told by Raquel that I need an appointment which there were NONE available for the next WEEk!! When I saw available bankers that could’ve quickly assisted me. What a joke of customer service!!
