Maria is rude . Came into B&B pawn to sell a craftsman B2200 Leaf Blower, there was a customer ahead of me so I had patiently waited as I looked at the merchandise. Another gentleman walked in and we were both told to wait 20 minutes, but he asked if he could just make a payment so he can lease and he was helped before me. I don’t believe I spoke rude to anyone nor did I disrespect the area I was in but I do feel like this was inappropriate behavior on her part.

Anytime that I go into the pawn shop staff is always helpful with whatever needs I have. They are prompt, professional, and they know their job they are not rude like other pawn shops in the city that's why I have chosen to just go to B & B Pawn and gold instead of any other pawn shop. BNB you have my entire business. Thank you

This is the second time I have gotten a title loan from B & B Loan. I was more than impressed the first time, they were nice, polite, and professional. Freaking awesome. I have a great computer and brought it in and this guy helped me no problem. Offered me a little less then what I wanted but I can deal. Also came in 30 min before store closed and still they helped me even after going over their closing hours. Plus I will buy my computer back at the same price so all good. Thank you Jesse

Wonderful staff, easy to work with, the whole loan process was explained well, no hidden agenda, nice staff to work with, compassionate and understanding. I would recommend , as this can be intimidating to do a loan- however I was super comfortable and confident with my transaction with them.

I loved the friendly service... When you walk in they don't look at you like you're just a customer. They are very welcoming, and make you feel like they understand that we all have those moments in life where you just need a little help making it through the month. I have been in at least 3 times in a year and the service is great evertime. I especially remember julia... on my very first visit i explained that i had never visited a pawn and she took the time to explain how the process works. She made the whole process very fast and easy ...The place is very clean and organized, it's very inviting.

I went I to the pawnshop and I brought in my PS4 with an extra control and several games . I do understand depreciation of the games and electronics . Sadly I was offered $ 5 for my extra camouflage control which brand new is almost $60 I was told the offer up sells them for $15 , which is a lie , they sell for about $30 . For my 1tb system , turtle beach headphones , extra control and 8 games , I was offered 165. I asked the manager if he could possibly give me 200 because I’ve always picked up my items , 100% pick up , he said he could do $170. Sadly they lost a good customer to a competitor !!! Never do business here . They will rip you off

Only down fall is I like to show up 10 min before close and try to pawn or get my stuff out but for the most part they’ll work with you! And that down falls totally my fault hahaha

Saw B&B Pawn on google and decided it was the place I should go. I was helped by Jesse who was very knowledgeable and professional and ensured the overall experience was quick and pain free. Not very happy with this pawn shop. Took something worth a good amount of money in. I knew a ballpark of what it was worth and roughly what a pawn shop should have offered me. Long story short they low balled me EXTREMELY low. I said no and took it to another shop a mile away and they offered me over 3.5x what B&Bs offer was. Even after I told them that I thought their offer was extremely low and tried to negotiate, they bumped their offer up a WHOLE $10 more. Like that makes a difference. I’ve used them In the past and thought that they were good people and honest. But after this incident I will not EVER be going to them again. I do not recommend trying to get a loan or sell to this shop, unless you want to get ripped off and extremely low balled.

Having never been to a pawn shop, I had no idea what to expect. Sara was very welcoming and helpful and made the experience as easy as possible. She explained everything and it was fast and easy. I would not hesitate to go back.
