You'll spend more time waiting in line, than you will interacting with the teller. The employees are helpful, but the wait is ridiculous. If you're in the area, save yourself some time and go to the BofA on 16th Street & Morten.
Hi Perla. We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or our mobile app. Signing up is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/ ^rosie

Despite being 20-year member, authenticated with my PICTURE-ID debit card and PIN, and in possession of Arizona's official mobile ID drivers license, manager refused to accept my CASH deposit because I didn't have a "hard copy" of that license. They made me walk outside, into the heat, to step in line on foot in the drive-up ATM and use that instead to deposit the very same cash into the very same account. Idiotic.

The 2 teller's are amazing( Naiomi and Crystal)however the cocky "Manager" as he likes to tell anyone and everyone is not. 4-5 employees standing around and not 1 can say, "I'll pick up a window since there is 12 people in line". All MIKE THE MANAGER wants to do is brag about himself and push his opinions on people. Also I go to other banks and they all more than 1 teller.

How could BoA allow someone like this Crystal lady to represent their bank, she is a disgrace & awful person just miserable. If I could I'd give this place ZERO STARS! Horrible Horrible Experience. But actually thankful to have gone through this as I know now to NEVER EVER bank w/ this brand. Only reason I was there was to cash a BoA check I had. CRYSTAL the Manager is racist toward ANYONE not mexican. 1 teller open, line out the door. No class, just low educated disrespectful management. BoA should be ashamed hiring this type of manager.

I was trying to close my dads account at this location but after trying to reschedule my appointment for 4 days Anna basically told me they were too busy to help people here. I guess it’s good I have my personal accounts with banks that have time for me. Good luck!

I called prior to going in, in an attempt to save time. I spoke with Gerardo and asked him if they offered money orders or cashiers checks, which he acknowledged that they did. My follow up question was, how much, to which he answers no charge to bank customers. I waited in line keeping my social distance for about 12-15 minutes. I proceeded with my deposit and requested a money order or cashiers check. The teller processes my deposit and asks me for a 15.00 fee! I asked her that I had called earlier prior to coming in and I was assured by Gerardo that it would be free of charge. He approached the window and apologizes, stating that he didn’t understand my question....? I was pretty disappointed and disgusted with the misinformation and lack of customer service. A total waste of time that could have been avoided. I will withdraw my funds from BofA and go elsewhere. You have to better train your employees!

Worst Bank of America I've ever been to, and unfortunately it's the closest to home. They frequently have a long line of 10-20 customers and only one teller helping them. Youd think they'd catch on and have a few more people on hand to help, but no. Every time I come here I inevitably leave irritated by the terrible customer service and long wait. What ever happened to treating the customer like they matter and having pride in doing your job well instead of just doing the bare minimum to get your paycheck?

So, I write this as I sit here, waiting to be helped, and I was just here a couple day ago for the same reason, to cash my check, because it’s issued by BofA. I’ve already been told I can’t open an account with them, and I’m fine with that, that part isn’t the reason I am writing this. I am writing this due to the fact that I have to wait for over an hour, no matter what kind of crowd is ahead of me, because just to cash my employers check, which is issued through BofA, (i assumed that would be the route with the least hassle other then cashing at a bank that I have an account at, which currently is not an option available to me) but no. They require me to speak to one of their accounts specialists, or whatever the teller called them, even though I am not trying to open an account And I told this to the teller, and she tells me if I am going to cash my check with them, without an account I will have to speaks with them EVERY TIME. As if I have hours throughout my day that I can afford to waste by sitting around and twiddling my thumbs up my butt. But judging by how often their e Employees just chit chat with customers, I can see that they obviously feel that they do have that extra time ( and there’s nothing wrong with customer service but when you’ve got several customers still waiting to be helped, and you’re gossip exceeds 30 minutes, it’s gone way past customer service and gone into reach around territory, and if they would have led with the reach around they’d of been done much earlier, and quite possibly earned a tip, at minimum, a load).

Good location, usually don't have to go in, but today was unfortunate. After depositing my check directly into the ATM; I entered having some questions. Staff was rude, cutting me off, and still no solution nor money. Not all of them are bad. Once had to go in for a replacement card. The banker was awesome. Hoping when I go back tomorrow I see that guy.

I've had all my accounts at this BofA for years. Today I ask them to notarize my signature on court papers concerning a Will. The pregnant representative with the runny nose refused to notarize anything to do with a Will. I thought a notary is simply attesting to the fact that it is my signature...not the validity of the document itself (the Court will decide that). I will be moving every account I have away from BofA...all because of a notary. Update: drove down the street to the local UPS store who had no issue with notarizing my signature. Apparently BofA doesn't consider my business worth the $30 I paid for a notary.
