    I scheduled an appointment with a financial advisor for investing and retirement planning ahead of time. They even sent the reminder to me but they couldn’t call to cancel at least 3 hours before the appointment I have two jobs and college so in professional and disrespectful of other people time. I got there and the branch was close they could call me letting me know or have me go to another branch and I will be happy go feel so disappointing of Bank of America I have my checking and saving and credit cards with them but definitely thinking to close all my accounts I also do online baking must of the time because the tellers are so rude. It was so sad that my day off I scheduled an appointment for nothing but I waste were I could use it more productive I drove all the way to here for nothing !

    Outstanding assistance from Konrad and Rachel at the Lakewood, WA branch! They helped us identify and solve an elusive account problem. They both spent extra time to listen and expressed sincere concern as they worked to find the right person who could fix a fraud issue. I would highly recommend them both to anyone who needs assistance. Bank of America is lucky to have them as representatives of the bank.

    Too slow, customers are being ignored after first approach. Extremely poor customer service. A simple question will take one hour to get an answer. We requested for a direct deposit slip a representative came and asked if we needed any other service at 3.10pm, after 10 mins he comes back and tells us that he has an appointment at 3.30pm and that he’s sorry he cannot attend to us we have to wait for another representative. Mind you he is still going round the banking hall asking customers if they need anything done!!! It’s now 3.45pm still waiting to be attended by another representative. This is not the right place to get banking service!!!

    Horrible place. Cashier called for a manager to assist me. I had to ask two more times for someone and after minutes he rudely threw a phone number at me. Now I know why they're places are closing down. I'm so glad I have a local, friendly bank with people that smile and have time and kindness.

    Friday afternoon, came to make a deposit and watched as 3 available tellers became only two. The line behind me grew rapidly and you can hear customers groaning as they came in to find that. The teller was kind and courteous and got right to the point. I did ask why there were only two tellers available on a busy Friday afternoon and she said something about making sure they had enough tellers for the first of the month even though this is the first Friday just shortly after the first of the month when people are probably cashing their checks so they can pay their rent And mortgages. I was shocked before I came into this Branch to see how many negative reviews There are for this branch. But after coming in I can see why. I don't deposit my funds with this Bank personally and only come in to deposit into other people's accounts when I need to. Every Branch I go to a Bank of America they seem to be struggling. I also had to call them right after I left to let them know about an incident that was happening in the parking lot but they wouldn't answer the phone?

    Scheduled an appointment at this branch well in advance, making sure to leave a detailed description of exactly what I needed. They didn’t bother to contact me ahead of time to let me know they would not be ‘able’ to fulfill the request—until I arrived to check in for my appointment and the man simply tried to upsell me. Total waste of my time, especially after carrying a considerable balance with this establishment for literal decades. Very, very disappointing, and definitely making me take a hard look at other banking options. Bank of America, I expected far better service.

    So they have been stealing my money from my savings account for months even after I told them to close the account. Then I go in to close all my accounts and I'm told no banker was available that I would have to wait in line which was about 20 people with one teller working. Would not recommend this bank to my worse enemy!!!

    Most annoying bank ever I don’t even bank here but I have to cash my checks here because my employer is banked with them and every time I come in I feel like they are discriminating me like questioning what I do for work, who wrote the check to me, and stuff like that and they even denied cashing a check before because a number was scribbled in. And THEY LITERALLY ARE THE SLOWEST BANK IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. LIKE TODAY FOR EXAMPLE THERE WERE 3 TELLERS AND A HUGE LINE AND ONE OF THE TELLERS GOES ON BREAK. AND THEIR STILL ASKING ME WHO MY EMPLOYER IS. AND I DONT EVER HAVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS AT ANY OTHER BANK OF AMERICA.

    Went for a simple notary, the receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if I had bothered her by not having set an appointment. She notified me that I would have to wait 45 minutes even though no one was waiting. I waited and watched as other walk ins were dealt with promptly, then after waiting all that time with a baby I was surprised to find out that same receptionist was also the notary. Worst banking experience ever!
