I can honestly say I had a great experience today. I felt very welcomed the folks were very respectful they help me understand things that I did not. they were patient it was like being around family. They took very good care of us I would recommend anybody going here if you're looking to be treated respectfully to help understand things that you might not. And if you need someone to be patient with you and not try to screw you over this is the place. Thank you so very much we appreciate you guys.

I had a great time today. The shop was clean and nicely organized. The people were knowledgeable and when they didn't have an answer for me they knew where to go find it. They also were accommodatin and willing to barter on some items. I enjoyed that. I'll be going back there again.

I went in to do a FFL transfer today. There are a couple of FFL locations closer to my home but I heard mixed things about those places. So I chose to driver a little further to Ponders based on all the positive reviews I saw. I'm glad I did so. Awesome and friendly folks! A pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely come back here again if I ever need another transfer in the future.

Good customer service but VERY over priced stuff. Some of the items were more then they r at the store. Some were the same price as they r brand new. Everything is way over priced. I'm sure the prices got to be Negotiable so maybe that's why.? Lots of cool stuff and the people that work there r nice and the place is very clean. Good place. 👍

We don't spike our prices just so we can barter down on them. We prefer straight forward, low pricing! We try to stay on top of pricing in case an item drops in price. We aim to change them when we can but sometimes they do slip past us. So if you could call us or email us back with what item you felt was high priced, we would love to check it out for you! Once again I found myself in a situation. Already having a bad week,I go to the pawn shop,and it never ceases to amaze me,how in the oddest of places you can get your spirits raised. Whether it's a smile,a laugh,or just a fair price from someone who isn't treating you like you just stole the item your pawning.you all know what I mean.anyways thanks again ladies,the Murrells. I had a great experience! The people that works there are very nice and friendly also very reasonable when it comes about how much money they should give you for your item. In my case and for my own experience it was a fair deal. I highly recommend this pawnshop.

Ponders is one of the best pawn shops I've been to. Staff and management are down to earth and friendly. Not bias and are honest when dealing with goods. Not only do they give loans but have a great selection of quality items.

Ya'll did just fine! The gentleman who took care of me was friendly and engaging but not overly so. Wasn't patronizing at all a listened to me as I bent his ear bout my guitar I have in there. I have told several people about Ponders loan and will continue to do so. Thank you very much!

Did a walk in for an FFL transfer. Everybody was very friendly. Felt very welcoming. Even when Siri was down and it was a bit quiet, it didn't feel awkward at all. Will definitely recommend this place and keep coming back. There's some pretty cool stuff here too!!

I was at another pawn shop earlier and was offered in a certain amount from the item that I wanted to sell I decided I was going to go to this pawn shop and compare prices I'm sure glad I did. I was offered $100 more for my item than at the previous shop needless to say I was very happy this pawn shop has been around a long time I remember going in there about 25 years ago definitely will be my first choice if I need to pawn or sell something again in the future young lady that worked with me was very pleasant definitely recommend that you stop here first.
