Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Monterey Rd, Gilroy

Absolute worst Bank ever! They do not care about any of their customers. Tellers think its funny to see people waiting in line. They wont even look up to see people completely frustrated with waiting in line for hours. Run to another Bank. Go to Chase were they actually care about their customers. Wells Fargo! Any bank but this garbage as* bank!!!

Went in with mother in law with an APPOINTMENT with a notary and still had to wait 30 more minutes for a simple thing. I needed to remove myself from our joint account because I no longer wanted to help her manage her finances. Instead of this being a 10-15 minute simple fix it literally took 3 hours because they had to call in support because the “system” wasn’t allowing them to remove me from this account. So annoying. It took the call center over an hour to answer the Notary’s call to then discuss the issue and then the CS couldn’t fix it either and she needed to transfer the call again. This was a HUGE annoyance for me because I had to go back to work. I know it’s not the notary’s fault but still BOFA Should have a direct number for situations like mine instead of going thru as a regular customer. That way a customer can be in and out in no time.

Relationship Manager Margarita McNamee was excellent! She is patient and very thorough! BofA kept my business solely because of her! Was very satisfied with her customer service.

Worse bank ever nobody at the counter 10 ppl waiting in line lazy lazy lazy ppl

The line was long, only 1 teller. I don’t go to the bank very often, once a year. Disaster!

Had to go in to the bank on a Saturday, and the line was so long. The tellers didn't seem to mind as they both were having long lengthy conversations with customers about things that didn't matter. I was the 14th person in line, I waited 10mins and still was the 12th person in line. There was no manager in sight to talk to about the situation. Ya think they would be more prepared with coverage.... Also what happened to the business line???

The worst bank I have ever been to reagarding wait times I have been in line for a half hour to cash a check I am writing this as I stand here and so are about 20 people I have been here 3 other times and had similar experiences there is one teller and 3 bankers in my mind it should be the other way around. I'm glad I bank somewhere else. They need to change this ASAP.

This place is the worst... I don’t like bank but I hate this place. They have 20 windows 3 cashiers and 2/3 cashiers are incompetent. BofA where they don’t care about customers.

Friday....... 2:40 pm .....2 tellers 🖓🖓🖓 third B of A that I've seen like this. ... I don't bank there and never will. Just cashing checks. ...

Dropped in to complete paperwork for a business account. Wait times were unacceptable.
