Chase Bank 1st St, Gilroy

Not happy with recent teller. Brought a money check back to swap out for a new name. All was fine until new one printed with a bunch of ink all over it. I returned it, and she printed again with ink on it again and rushed me out. Told her I had to send this to another state, not happy with her having to go to lunch or something in order to not fix the print issue. 2/10/22 - 10:40a time stamp.

You can only cash a check Max 2,500.00 to a non customer!!!! Is this a circus bank? Poor customer service

Sitting Inge waiting area for 15 minutes....mind you disabled. A couple walks in and goes straight to a lady and sits down and She helps them. She did not bother to look to see if someone was here before them. This is the second time i had a terrible experience. the other aren't is chit chatting away and the agent with the pony tail is doing her job. I so want to walk up and say something but to get up and walk over is a lot of work for me. Pony hair girl acknowledges me. Thank goodness for her

Chase Bank is run by thieves. In a recent dispute with Avis over a charge, Chase initially blocked the charge on my ATM card, but the allow Avis direct access to my bank account to directly withdraw the charge. I never authorized the charge. I guess Chase thinks my disability income belongs to them; I do feel bad for Jamie Diamond, I wouldn't want him to miss a meal like I have since Chase allowed Avis to take the entirety of my disability check for the month. Merry Christmas Jaime!

Wow... you keep your money in a bank and they expect you to make an appointment to talk about it.... never heard of such a thing.... money coming out!

Poorest customer service award of the year 2022... if you want to be treated as if you are a 2nd class citizen. Then you are the right spot. People try to see a banker, appts only. Trying to open a new account, appt only. People just go to BOA, assist you then and there. Open my new checking and savings account in just 20 minutes.

Went to get money from the ATM. Didn't work. No sign posted. Went again 12 hours later. Didn't work. No sign posted. Called Chase; nothing wrong with my card. What a RIDICULOUS, INEXCUSABLE way to treat busy customers.

The drive thru atm is the best part about this branch. I’d recommend calling Chase if you have any problems with your account instead of coming to this branch for help. They’ll dismiss you really fast and give you a brief suggestion on how you could maybe fix the problem. I had an issue with my account and was told they couldn’t help me. They said I would have to wait several days to see if the issue would clear up. I ended up calling Chase customer service and they helped fix my account issue that day plus told me why it happened.

All tellers at the Gilroy branch are extremely polite and helpful! Teller named Janey especially needs a raise. She performs above and beyond what one would expect. Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous no matter how busy branch is.

The staff is and security gaurd are a happy bunch but Dont deal with Robert... He dropped the ball when it came to my situation. I was uncomfortable with him. Kind of a blank page whom just shows up to work for his paycheck
