Reconditioned and good condition , I really like their customer service, Warranty, 30 days or ,1,000 miles on all purchased vehicles, Easy in house financing for credit challenged. It takes less than 10 minutes to be approved, I really like that the price is on the window and low down payments,

We love this used car dealership. After buying my Infinity G 37 I have had nothing but good support from them. They have a good warranty on all purchases ask for Rafael as he has 25 years experience there. Felipe 23 and Juan 21 years. Doing something right if they have employees content. Longevity. Honesty. Easy in house financing. I noticed prices have gone up with the current problems. Inflation and chip shortage

My experience with this business has been extremely positive. I have purchased a few vehicles for my wife and brought family members here to buy including my Mom . I would strongly recommend them . The in house financing is easy and fast and they have a warranty on all purchases. Used car vehicles sales at its best. They have a large selection of clean vehicles.

Took my old car as a trade-in for my new SUV, the paperwork was fast and the sales guy was nice...got myself a free gas tank.

We just bought a car at Campbell Auto Finance and were so pleased that I had to write a review. Our salesman Rafael was friendly and helpful, letting us take as much time as we needed to be happy. No pressure and easy dealing was the order of the day. I couldn't be happier with his service. I certainly would buy a car here again. Nice people and good cars. My mechanic was impressed how nice the car was. It was worth every penny we paid.

Where to begin with this place. 🙄🙄 Sales men are completely RUDE especially one in particular. He seriously has an attitude. What the sticker says is NOT WHAT YOU PUT DOWN payment. They do NOT work with you either to negotiate down payment or monthly payments. It’s basically what they say goes. Salesmen want to “ACT” like they are the owner😒🙄I have never been to a car dealer that does NOT negotiate or even try to help a client. Every dealer I have ever been actually wants business and/or commission. LOL not these people they can’t give a hoot if you buy or not. If you want to put sticker price down payment you need to have a great credit score! But really if someone has a great credit score why even bother with this place! Go to a NEW DEALERSHIP! I would not recommend these people at all! I would rather walk then to ever purchase a car here! Thankfully I purchased my beautiful SUV a few dealers down the road and they wanted my business. Unlike CAMPBELL AUTO 🙄

I got a Saturn Vue at Campbell Autofinance and I can say the quality of what I paid for was excellent. The service was great, they offered me a great deal and worked with me. The owners are great people and they have great management as well. They have the CLEANEST cars I’ve ever seen. I never had any issues with them or with my car (and honestly I never did anything special to it other than get the oil changed). I drove it to San Diego back and forth all the time. The tires were good, the mileage was GREAT for a 2003, extremely clean, etc. Sometimes I’d be a few days late on a payment and they would kindly call me to remind me and make things extremely easy for me by taking payments over the phone. They’re bilingual, English and Spanish. Oh, and they offer you cold drinks or candy which is always nice on a hot day of going around looking for a car. I checked out other dealers in the area at the time and they were not even close to working with me as Campbell did. I would definitely recommend their business.

We got a 2013 Accord on credit for my son. I got approved despite having a poor credit history. We are happy with the new buy, great milage on the car.

My girlfriend and I were in a rush to buy her a vehicle because hers blew a head gasket. And I didn't want her taking a city bus to work. So we found a silver 2012 Honda Civic "natural gas". We asked questions about the natural gas and how to refuel. The salesman, with urgency, said we can literally find any gas station to refuel at, with no issues.. we took his word for it and trusted him, which we will never do again. So with everything sounding pretty good.. we put down all of our savings for the down payment and insurance. The very next day we googled for fuel stations that offer natural gas, and found out there's only ONE fuel station IN SALINAS, at PGnE..the others, up north NEAR SAN JOSE AND FRISCO, AND DOWN SOUTH BY L.A. Well the salesman didn't mention that....he also didn't mention in order to to have access to that fuel the vehicle has to pass inspection which cost us $330 at honda dealership. So we took the vehicle in for the inspection and it failed miserably, THE FUEL TANK WAS LEAKING, transmission was going out and the head gasket was going out, total of $3,000 dollars in repairs. Next day we drove to Campbell auto finance, telling them, since the car is under warranty these repairs has to get fixed or we want our money back. The owner did everything in his power to ignore us and not communicate anything with us, the salesman was literally the middleman of our conversation. They offer to fix the tank at the dealership and the rest of the repairs at a shop they go to in town. And I quickly denied that offer because this car shouldn't have had these problems before it was sold. So after about an hour and a half, going back and forth we did not settle with a solution and we had to take them to court. we got our money back, they picked up the Honda and I are urge everyone to never buy a vehicle from them! The worst customer service. And they don't care about their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT IS AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION BUT IT STILL STALLS AND HAS ALMOST CAUSE A FEW WRECKS BECAUSE IT’LL STALL AND STEERING WHEEL WILL LOCK WHEN TURNING. To TOP THAT OFF WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A WORKER HE SHOUTED AT ME AND CUSSED ME OUT. This IS THE MOST GHETTO PLACE IN TOWN TO GET A CAR. NOTHING BUT PROBLEM THE CARS HAVE.
