Went into Oportun and was greeted by Noemi, she was very helpful and informative. She took the time to throughly explain everything and was extremely patient. My questions were answered and I was satisfied with the customer service.

Yeray was super friendly from the start, and had very advanced customer service skills. Helped us make a very quick load approval for myself. Glad I came in.

I just wanted to thank Noemi and Yeray for helping us with the application, they made it so easy and fast , they very courteous and very kind , they have a wonderful sense of humor, thank you both for your help form my wife and I .😉

Today I went into this office for a personal loan. Not knowing what to expect the staff was very helpful and explain all requirements. I was approve for my first loan it was fast and easy. They also told me they also have car loans I will be bringing my husband to apply for a car loan. Thank you Marizol and Pablo

My experience was absolutely amazing very helpful and when I came in I thought I wouldn’t get the loan but I did. Marisol helped me and she was so helpful and answered all my questions!

I am moving into a new apartment today, and yesterday some money I was expecting fell through. I wasn't going to be able to move into my new place, so I made a call yesterday to submit an application. I decided to drop by the Gilroy location to pick up my check. Yeray and Noemi were working when I came into the Gilroy location. They were so friendly and kind! I was in a really stressful situation so I appreciate the amazing customer service. Yeray helped me finish up my everything before I collected my check. He was super helpful and very clear on all the terms. VERY thankful for this team!

The employee who helped Yeray A. was very good at describing the loan terms in detail and was very courteous on the people relations skills making sure we understood everything signed and was also very excellent at answering questions asked.

They have awesome customer service and always are good to me with a very helpful manor Marisol has such a good personality and made me and my girlfriend smile multiple times , I was accepted 3 times for a loan and will definitely go back if I need another one.

Our experience was wonderful here. My husband and I went in for a loan but we weren’t really sure of what we needed. Marisol and Maria were great! They were patient and took the time to explain the loan and it’s fees. They never pressured us or made us feel rushed.The process was easy and very quick. If your in need of a loan for whatever reason I highly recommend seeing Marisol and Maria, they are the BEST!!!!
