Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando

the ATM turns off and keeps your money and card and then you can call to claim another card but since the money is not registered they keep it. They don't give you your money back, they just give you a new card.

As a business owner I take deposits and change orders here every day and they are so incredibly slow! Apparently they must always be understaffed because there seems to always only be one worker trying to work both inside and the drive through. The managers at this location need to get it together and hire some more help. This last time I waited 10 mins before anyone even came up to the window and I was the only person in the drive through.

Was just at this location and I may have to find a new one... Absolutely horrendous customer service from the lady who's the current manager at this location. I talked to her nicely and she was extremely rude and dismissive. They had only one teller working which is neither here nor there, but it's still no reason to be disrespectful to customers. If you bank with BoFA, avoid this location!

They need to give an option for no Stars or negative star. Never felt the need to leave a bad review anywhere other than this bank of America or the Subaway nearby. Honestly I only go here because I live close by. They leave you waiting forever, Staff is not properly trained. Everytime I am here is an issue. And just to make matters worse they are the only banl pf America in the area that is closed at 4pm. Closing my account for good. .... FYI ATM are frecuently out of service

Went there today and was greeted by four employees standing around podium as I entered. I then stood in line for 7 minutes as one teller worked and the four others stood at the podium chatting. Not cool!!

Only one ATM In the drive thru?? Wow. ATM prints out blank reciepts so now there is no proof I paid my BOA bill.

I’ve visited this BofA branch regarding business for about half a dozen years. Not only because it’s close proximity to my house but because the exceptional staff here. As one unit, they’re understanding, kind and informative in their resolve. But a special shoutout to Gerry & Rodaisis who are personable-helpful hosts who direct the flow of financial clients as they walk through the door and unto their correct department. Above all, those two make guests feel considered. A feeling that comes along far and few in between; Likewise, with employees of such caliber. Thanks again.

One of the absolute worst branches I have ever been to. With a line out the door and only one teller the manager stood idly by speaking and joking with other associates. Made a transaction and asked for a receipt in which they declined and told me they do not issue receipts. If I was running this company I would investigate this office. Absolutely terrible save your time and go 12 minutes up the street to the next branch.

ATM machine not release Cash at 8:22am and Drive thru close. It is really frustrating. Took me 22 min. just trying. Update; 11/23/2016 10:36am They have no system. They can't gave me 30 dollars even inside. I told the lady about all this bad review and the lady don't care, lol. She told me they have a good review but and I don't know where. I ask her if she want to look all the complaints and she told me she have no time for this and use another customer like excuse. Lol.... Wow!!

I'm being nice with one star at this location but it need big improvement updated machines that can u give differ amount withdrawals options
