Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Pyramid Way, Sparks

I don't know why I bank with Bank of America. They have closed more and more of their branches. Every once in a while it is necessary to speak with an actual human, and that is definitely not the direction BOA is heading. If you can't do it online, you are not a valuable customer. The Los Altos branch is frequently understaffed. You may have to wait a long time to see a teller or personal banker. If not for the fact that the Alaska Airlines Visa is through BOA, I would have left long ago.

Why does this branch even have a phone number of they don't ever pick up? How hard is it to pick up and ask if they could hold? 0/5 stars

The actual bank employees seem nice and they sort thing eventually, but The atm, which is not really part of the bank, stole my money, Twice . It did not give out a single bill but took the money from my account . The number to call on the machine had no one there , I eventually got ahold of someone after the bank manager gave me a separate number to call . be careful using these machines apparently.

Tried for over a hour to get them to answer the phone.... Called 800 customer service to get proper # Had to keep pushing buttons to stay in the right loop. NO ANSWER! POOR SERVICE! All over a simple question about weather or not the "drive thru" is open & not the ATM? Time to look for a new Bank!

When I have gone into this Branch I do have to wait sometimes in order to get service either from a teller or an officer but when I get service it's fabulous just not always the fastest. They were wonderful when I came in to get my car loan. I had just come from Wells Fargo where I was treated like garbage, lied too and provided with no customer service. The experience I had at Bank of America was totally opposite of that.

July 5, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. the bank is closed. Checked locator/bankofamerica.com and the info for this location says it’s open until 4:00 p.m. today. The website apparently isn’t updated to indicate the actual status each day. Many unhappy people were trying to get in, not just me that had checked ahead to make sure it was open.

Excellent service, good people This was my first visit to this branch, and I assumed I would have to wait or come on another day, but thanks to Walter Tran, who not only helped me schedule an appointment for same day but also assisted me in queirs. Great customer service.

Why are the hours changing daily, last week only opened from mon-wens, came this week on a tuesday and not opened, not just this location, other in the area had hours changed also how is a merchant account suppose to do buisness

My long awaited disability check came in from Guardian. Bank of America is unable to verify it's own check so now I have to get it reissued Guardian said the bank should easily be able to verify it and that a new check will take over a week. No Thanksgiving for us this year and I will have to cancel a much needed, critical doctors appointment.

I've had this bank for almost three years now and never had a problem until today when my wallet got stolen. Went in to get a replacement card so I can still pay my bills, brought my work ID because everything thing else is in my stolen wallet right? "Well we still need an ID." Ok so explain to me how I'm a customer who lmhad her wallet stolen who in order to get a new ID needs a new card and I can't get a new card without a new ID. "You can do it online and they'll mail it to you." So I need to go a week without a license driving around without a license and a card to pay my bills. I'll now be responsible for a late fee on said bills and if I get pulled over I'll make sure to point to the bank of why I dont have my license with their lack of being able to help me in the case that my wallet was stolen.
