Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Cooke St, Waterbury

Had a very pleasant experience, starting with the polite security guard at the door to Rosanna who took care of me. She was professional, courteous and truly cared. It was not only with me because I saw how nice she treated the couple ahead of me. I also refinanced with Bank of America after comparing with many financial institution and am pleased with the process and outcome.

I have gone to this Bank of America twice. The first time was to open a checkings account, and the second time to open a savings account. Both times that I went the workers were super nice and very helpful. The second time I went I was even offered my very first credit card with a reward of $200 dollars if reached a cetain max on the credit card and I am only a college student. I highly recommend this bank they are nice people and look for the customers best interest.

First bank of america cancels my debit card without my knowledge. No transaction review. Nothing. And then i gotta make an appointment for a temporary card? Why do i bank with you.

Horrible service. Way understaffed. only 1 teller but there are five window.2bankers but there are 4 privite sections for customer , i have waited about 20 mins for wher window sevice but no complains for the teller ,she was working hard and that is the only star for . then we wait for 25 mins for a banker ,in 25 min even nobody come to asked if we need a banker or any kind of service, and a custemer coming directly go into the room,and she got accepted. worst expirence i had.

I prefer not going to this branch. I'm going to give it a few stars because there is a teller that works here that is very friendly and pleasant, but the overall banking experience is dreadful. I don't like that there is always only one person at the counter and a line out the door.

DO NOT BANK HERE the tellers have no knowledge of banking and they refused to cash my check without an account. Go Cash your check at Peoples or Webster because this location is horrible in customer service. Can’t wait until they go out of business

You have to make appointment that are extremely booked and can wait months before receiving one, if you need service and walk long distance or drive long distance you are meet with “ you need an appointment” I can confirm with all the bad reviews here and they show no care. Look for another bank to deal with, I sure am. Somethings can only be done in person and when waiting for an extreme long period, it can cause an issue.

Horrible bank. Drive thru atm's are always broke or out of money or can't deposit checks. Lines are extremely long staff is very rude. I just might change to another bank. This branch has a lot of bad reviews

Horrible wait you go to make a simple deposit and you are there at least 1hr. Then the employees OMGOSH unprofessional because, they are over worked. I suppose so, they are just nasty hate their jobs basically just misery.
