Brass City Pawn Thomaston Ave, Waterbury

Absolutely amazing service I have been using this pawn shop for the last 12 years. They never try to Low ball you on anything. I have purchased things from brass city and never had a bad experience I have sold things and pawned things if I’m late they always work with me. There’s multiple pawnshops in Waterbury but this one is definitely hands-down the best! I have even recommended them to other people just because when you walk in you can feel the positive energy!

Tony has a great personality When I’m done on my luck to walk in and see his smiling face I feel at ease. I would t go anywhere else. Then there’s. mike. Always standing over the crowd with a big welcome. Thanks got j being there snd understanding when I’m late. I really appreciate you guys. Patty

Brass mill pawn is the worst and they don’t even have a lot of stuff. TCs pawn shop on lake wood has way better electronics and Apple watches ! Much better and cleaner at TC’s :)

The minute I walked into Brass city I was greeted by 2 of of the employees and by the very clean an well lit atmosphere ok here goes … So I cleaned out a spare room in my home I came across some items which I knew had value , I do not like dealing with the on line sales etc etc so I I brought my items to Brass City pawn . Tony was the gentleman I dealt with he was very honest an very ez to talk to , so he went Over the Itemz I had an said ok this what I can give u … I ws shocked at the $$ amount it ws a lot more than I expected . Great place! I've been coming here for years. Fair loan amounts and great staff. I live 30 minutes away and actually the only pawn shop I will use.
