FHC did exactly what they said they would, for exactly how much they said it would cost. They even finished early! Sales, project management and labor were all great to deal with. My expectations were exceeded :)

Fine home contracting was very professional from the start of the project all the way till the end of the project. I had my kitchen remodeled and everything came out as we wanted it. David the owner takes pride in his work and is very transparent through out the whole process. what I loved was the communication via the app coconstruct. I was involved in the whole process never felt worried about something going wrong. I will definitely recommend you to my family members and friends that need remodeling services for their homes. Ani Jahaj and his team are a great representation of the professionalism and care that is needed when working on a home remodel project. If I had a question or concern throughout the process Ani responded within a reasonable time frame. I’m in love with the final product. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous but the plan that was created calmed my nerves and made this a simple process and stayed within my budget. I 100% recommend this company and definitely working with Ani. I have some other projects I will do in the next year or so definitely already know where I’ll be going. Thanks again!

They don’t pay their project managers hired, lie in offer letters and illegally don’t pay for training. Most of these reviews are from people who work or worked there (and never had work done from the company therefore telling more lies)

Dave, compliments to you for hiring and managing such skilled people! I didn't have to think or worry about anything. Frank anticipated every detail and handled so many moving parts behind the scenes. Both bathrooms are perfect and I look forward to enjoying the results for many years! Vince is certainly the best rep for your company. He really represents well and was key to choosing to go with FHC. Can't wait to see what you guys can do to transform my kitchen!

My experience with Stephanie and her team was flawless! Stephanie could not have been more accommodating. I get very overwhelmed with to many decisions, she came through and gave me a few choices she thought would work. And they worked perfectly. She has a GREAT eye for design. The team she has working with her are professionals. I would and will recommend Fine Home Contracting!

This ‘fair company’ deletes all reviews they don’t like. Ani, Matt is employees reviews, fake! Probably more, I just don’t recognize names. Most likely they will complain about both reviews, Kayla’s and mine as ‘ex employee review’, but I hope enough people will read both reviews before that. Very unprofessional and terrible treatment for employees. They do not respect your time!! I’m still waiting on getting paid for my time with the company, they ignoring my messages, they have removed all my access to emails (but, of course I screenshot all the communication) and they ignore all signed agreements. I’m thinking about looking into legal ways to get my deserved pay! This should tell you a lot about the company!

As someone who's previously worked on several renovations with contractors, I can't say enough good things about Fine Home Contracting. I was on a time crunch and had a list of miscellaneous things that I needed done in order to turn-over the property quickly. This included everything from new backsplash, removing old countertops, installing vanities & toilets, installing interior and exterior doors, plumbing, etc. What really blew me away with this company were three main things. 1) Communication: Not once did I have an issue talking to Dave or his team. I’ve dealt with contractors in the past who go silent for days at a time and are hard to reach. The FHC team and I sent messages back and forth using the CoConstruct portal which made it really easy to track the progress of the job. They would add in notes and pictures as things were finished. They quickly answered every question I had along the way and were really flexible with product/material options and adjusting the scope of work along the way. 2) Timeline and price: I received four quotes from contractors, FHC was right in the middle, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They were up-front with their timeline during our first conversation. Not only did they come in under the initial proposed budget as the scope of work changed, they also finished ahead of schedule. Ahead of time and under budget is a first for me when it comes to contractors. 3) Professionalism: The owner Dave was always really easy to worth with right from the jump. It was obvious from the beginning that he knew what he was doing and ran a professional company. The team that physically showed-up on site to do the work was top notch. These guys were at the house on time when they said they would be, they worked hard and often times were there late (I was frequently there doing other work while they were there, and saw first-hand how they worked). The quality of work was great. They didn’t cut corners or try and rush to get the job done. If something in the scope of work needed adjusting or they discovered something along the way that needed to be fixed, they reached out to me quickly with several alternative options and made me feel like I was part of the project. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this company. I’ve never worked with contractors that made me feel 100% comfortable during the entire project. I didn’t wonder if they’d finish the job on time, or if surprise charges would show-up on the final invoice. Great communication. Great quality of work. Hard workers. Fair prices. Fine Home Contracting is a company I trust and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Fine Home Contracting! They were professional, responsive, and completed our kitchen renovation both on time and within our budget. My husband and I are both very pleased with how the kitchen came out. The team had great ideas and we felt they really took the time to listen to our needs/wants and any questions or concerns we had. We used Fine Home Contracting LLC to put an addition on our master bedroom. We would highly recommend them to anyone and if we ever decide to add on or do any large home maker over projects wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They were always professional and courteous, and always let us know when someone would be coming ahead of time. Anytime I had a question no matter how small, it was always answered in a very timely manner.
