Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Glenn Dr, Glendale

May 23 at 9:30 a.m. After being a client for 15 years in this branch, I have never felt so discriminated against. My husband went to deposit a check payable to his company and we have never had any problems until today. He has always done it for 15 years. and until now they forbade him to do so, they wanted him to open a bank account in the name of the company, how sad not even the managers wanted to help him

The absolute most ridiculous experience at a bank I have ever encountered. One customer inside the entire Bank and the manager has the nerve to tell me she cannot help me find a bank America that can help me open an account she does not have the time to step away cuz if a customer comes in she'll have to help them. Mind you there is not one person inside this bank at the time I'm trying to cash $36,000 check and open a bank account. This manager has no professionalism and told me there's a number I can call to find out what I need to know when I asked what banks are near she spurted them off quickly like she's already annoyed talking to me even though she's the manager and that's her exact job. I'm sorry I came in here with some money and tried to open a bank account. Jacqueline you're the most unprofessional disrespectful manager I've ever encountered and I'm sure the Stars will continue to reflect the outrageous and ridiculous way you treat your customers.

Even if you don't bank with Bank of America, check out this building and the beautiful strain glass Kachina on the south side next to the entrance of the building! The Glendale Visitors Center is just across the walkway!

I wouldn’t bank here. Have zero customer service and apparently won’t give you your cash unless they remember to stock it. Unreal

I have worked as a bank teller for years and I have never seen such unprofessionalism. The fact that Bank of America as a corporation would waste a dime financing such horrible customer service is mind boggling. The women are sarcastic, rude with gross personal conduct. I have seen them literally laugh and dismiss someone who’s account had been broken into, I cannot tell you how many people I have seen close their accounts with Bank of America solely on it’s poor customer service. This location despite its beautiful scenery and great location is absolutely horrible. I implore you to go to a different location they are unhelpful, ignorant and it is a waste of your time and mental strain.

The front desk Banker, Jacqueline, is aweful, amd she is influential to her colleagues. I will never choose this branch, go somewhere else. They don't care about you, even when you are a good stand long term patron. Pathetic, one star is too high.

Not answering their phone after I had one of my employees try to cash a check and they said they wouldn’t do it because the account is too new? Maybe I should go back to my old bank?

12+ people waiting.. 1 teller and Jacquelyn (customer service NOT) standing around telling people they need to wait?? Jacquelyn encouraged the man in front of me to make a deposit via the ATM to get immediate service. Wow that was a mistake.. receipt popped out showing a 10 day hold on funds and it said Reason for hold: Specific information indicated this item will be returned. Bank of America is scamming customers in today’s day and age of digital technology.. checks are processed electronically in less than 48 hours. There you have it.. BOA customer with account since 2006 and that’s what he got. FYI I am the guy who wrote the check he deposited and my account has always been in good standing.. never a return item. Unlike BOA books!

I don't think of this Bank of America branch is as bad as people say. Whenever I come by and use the ATM there has never been a problem except they need to have their landscapers work on the area because there was a lot of trash.
