Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Edinger Ave, Huntington Beach

For some reason this branch is closed. No communications and out of date signs. They are not maintaining a presence and the ATM machines don't allow withdrawals. - i went to the nearby financial center at bella terra and the line was ridiculous. People waiting in the sunlight get inside. I am sick of all the inconvenience these corporations are causing in the name of covid-19. There is no excuse for this branch to be closed.

Bank of America is terrible all of their offices are closed nobody answers phones the 1-800 number can give you no answers at all I am moving all of my money to Chase Bank do not waste your time with this terrible institution!

Received wonderful customer service from the teller, Lauren, today. Very respectful and accommodating. Never thought I would say that about a bank of America experience, but let's hope this would be the norm, instead of an exception to the rule.

The place is Always fricking packed. That thing that says people typically spend ten minutes here HA!! What a joke. There is only two tellers working and the line almost goes out the door. Sorry and parden my French but this place sucks. This is my third time here today and this time I am cashing my check and it will definitely b my last.

There is usually a long wait is expected here, especially after the covid 19 outbreak. But they follow the safety manuals well. Before you marked where to stand before anyone enters, and the security guards helped people. They also provides some chairs to sit while you are waiting. There were separate entrance and exit and each side has atms as well. The long line reduces quicker than my expectation so I don't complain. Also, the workers are kind, so I was impressed and felt respected. The woman was kind and knowledgeable and helped me very well. She not only gave me the right information but also guided me to the right person quickly, not forgetting asking me what else she could do for me. Otherwise, I could have forgotten and gone back again. And the man I was transferred to was also fast. He fixed my problem and kind enough to bring me to the atm to check if everything's good. So I think this branch is far better than the other branch that I used to go. The othe one was always crowded. Good to have this kind of bank near me. The only con is that now their normal hours are reduced so they open 10 am in the morning. I wish they open sooner. Other than that, it is good!

If I could give this Bank a negative one rating I would. They like to racially profile you at this Bank of America. I went to cash a bug money order which I have cashed the same thing in other states. The same cashiers check. Yet this bank is making me sit and wait while they verify because Im black and have a bandanna on and because its a large amount. Wow. Other states didnt put me threw this yet the one in whiteville Huntington Beach is gonna profile me with all mexicans working there. Lmfao. I will never goto this bank again. Dont support this business.

I can’t believe The treatment I received from a MANAGER at this location, when I was unclear about a company policy that had recently changed, I was talked down to and given way too much attitude, for being in a bank. The experience I’ve had here makes me regret banking with Bank of America

Bad bank and the staff are worse.Tthey don't want you to deposit mone, how stupid they are. Another bank is being searched.

I have been going to this bank for over 16 year on a daily bases, excellent service and staff.
