Received a random call one day saying I qualified for loan forgiveness. After doing more research the services offered here are something you can set up yourself. They process all of the paperwork for you to have income based repayment plans through the Department of Education. This is easily something you can do yourself, this company charges you a $699 set up fee to process the paperwork and then charges you $39 a month as a maintenance fee on top of your restructured payment. Just over the course of 10 years I would have paid an extra $5400 just in their service charges. Do yourself a favor and save money by doing it yourself.

Beware!!! This is a scam. You can refinance your student loans by yourself for free. Your monthly payment to them does NOT include your student loan payment, regardless of what they tell you. It is their fee in addition to the upfront cost. The FTC will soon take care of them.

These people are a scam!!... they asked for a credit card number just to have the process going (was told no money would be taken out) I made it clear for them not to take money out, they assured they would not, that they would call first to get a verbal consent. Turned out they did take money out without my consent, even when i had called to cancel the service, that same day they took out money. My account went negative and I was charged a bank fee. These people did not want to refund my money, even after i spoke with the manager. Instead they tried persuading me to stay with their service after they disappointed me. Horrible experience.

Stay far away if anyone from this company calls you or the company they work with called USFFC.They claim their from the US department of education with information about your student loans and then they talk people into paying for a service that can be done just by calling your normal student loan lien holder. They will ask you for your debit or credit card and charge Hundreds of dollars up front under the idea that the money their charging is going towards your loan but in reality that money is an absorbent fee they charge you just for signing up! Then if you ask to cancel the service even a day later none of that initial hundreds of dollars talked you into paying is ever refunded. On top of all that if you don't cancel your charged monthly. Steer Clear! Don't let what happened to me happen to you.

Complete scam, They do not pay off your debt, all they do is file paperwork which you can do FOR FREE yourself. then they calim its a moneyback garuntee if your dissatisfied, which is a lie, they lie to you to get you to sign up. then they argue with commentors telling the truth claiming the person never had a contract with them, this is a lie, I can prove it. I filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB, And the Arizona Atourney General.

I was referred by one of my college friends. Not only did they help bringing my loans out of default, they also qualified me for the lowest payment. More money in my pocket to take care of my family. Everyone I spoke to was very attentive and professional. Great service!

This is fraud and they have no service to the trickster and poorly educated customer, all they do is steal your money. I give it a star because it gives me no choice but this company does not work.
