    This location was far the BEST bank I have ever been to! From the entrance being greeted by Ms. Sarah, to my personal banker Ms. Daniela. Daniela was the BEST Business banker I have ever met. She was so professional and knowledgeable it blew my mind. I got approved for business credit, travel rewards personal credit card, and she saved me month monthly. She was so friendly and nice I felt like I gained a friend!!! I LOVE šŸ’• THIS BANK! I recommend seeing Daniela for all your businsss needs!!! Thank you!!!

    So this is my go-to bank, and I had the worst experience here today. The lady at the front desk made no attempt to assist me with my problem, and the last time I tried to order a new credit card, she declined it the same day and had me waiting in the mail. This Bank of America is in need of new employees!šŸ˜’

    Very poor service. Went last week and there were six people standing in line, one teller, but several other employees just wondering around that could have helped as another teller, but just ignored all of us waiting in line. What’s the purpose of the employee that is a ā€œgreeter ā€œ? She seemed to be a manager, but would not help out at the teller desk!

    That was a great visit! I was worried because of some of the comments that I read on here but it was a very simple process and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I also liked that they weren't very busy but I will say that they said that they are busier during the week, that it's just slower/quieter on Saturdays, so better for me since that's the only time I can ever really go to the bank. So if you don't like to go when it's crowded and can get more personal attention, I'd suggest going then. : ) Purpose of visit: To update my account to my married name and make it a joint account.

    Just needed a PIN reset on my debit card. BoA cancelled my old car by mistake. Called the 800 number twice, was told to go to a branch location. Came into this branch thinking it was just going to be a quick reset. Was told to go sit down and wait approximately 30 minutes for someone to get to me, Tried to make an appointment, was referred to one person who referred me to the teller who had a line. Very frustrated with the service level at BoA. This was my 5th attempt at fixing this debit card issue.

    I just moved to the area and started visiting this bank to take care of my accounts and I had to come and give them a positive review. The staff here does such a great job with greeting us, even the security gaurd is a gentleman. It's customer service at a bank, so of course you can't keep everyone happy but I've seen the staff here go above and beyond. So keep up the good work, Danielle, everyone else who I forget to ask their names. Amazing work yall.

    I work for a competing bank of whom I'm extremely loyal, so I have a little knowledge when it comes to service. I bank at BOA for business and today I had to make some deposits. First, great greeting at the door. Second, asked me what my needs were before I got to the teller. Third, the teller was gracious and hospitable and let me know that she wanted my business. Even when I told her I worked at another bank. Great job today!

    Great and efficient service. The manager was overly helpful with my transaction. She requested I come join their bank and after *16* years with Bb&t and questionable customer service, I plan to change my main checking account to BOA this year. Also considering potentially opening a savings account. Thank you immensely, will refer people here too!

    Went in to withdrawal some money and no bank tellers but there was 3 other people there but no tellers??? Okay.. great service.
