Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines

This branch is terrible. Went to close an account for a deceased parent. Had an appointment still had to wait 45 minutes to be helped. That’s fine, I was patient. But my reason for being there was never resolved because the guy at the desk wanted to go to lunch instead of waiting on the phone even after I waited 45 minutes to be helped (with an appointment). Another banker/specialist helped several other individuals and didn’t offer to help me at all, even though he was the more senior specialist at this location. Terrible bank. Will never be a BOA customer if this is how branches are ran.

Even with the Omicron surge, this branch was extremely efficient twice for me this week. I needed to make a withdrawal because my ATM card expired. They set me up with a digital card and showed me how to use it immediately. Today I had an appointment to open a joint checking account with my fiance and they got us in early and George was quick friendly and efficient. We were done in 20 minutes. Excellent service under difficult circumstances.

This American bank business is too bad, wait an hour and thirty minutes before I arrive, the event is not done and go away

Not friendly at all. Unprofessional. Would never consider this bank for an account. Need more training in customer service. The one with the bad wig is the worst.

Many years ago I closed out all my Bank of America account because of all of the crazy fees and how they handled checks that were coming in and credits. So here's another reason not to ever open up an account at Bank of America... My poor daughter is out of town and needed some quick cash in her account, so I went to the local Bank of America and wanted to deposit some cash into her account, I had her name her address and her phone number and did not require a receipt because I know that there are privacy laws. According to the bank manager they're not doing that anymore even though I told him it was an emergency and she was out of town and she needed the cash now. When did the local Bank Stop offering excellent customer service?

The slowest service I ever experienced in a bank! Unbelievable :( one hour to meet a customer service agent to update my account in 1 minute, I wish if I had the option to do it from home. Plenty of people waiting around and one agent to assist. So many people left after their extended waiting time. The branch manager need to reconsider their staffing level, otherwise their clients will take their business somewhere else.

After going to 3 bank of america branches that there were not working dont know why , this branch has a line pf about 17 people and only one cashier working dont know whats wrong with bank of america worst bank in america

Closed on a Monday at 12pm even though the working hours are til 4pm

I’ve come to this bank plenty of times and haven’t ran into many problems beside long wait times. But today 04/25 around 1:45 I experienced bad customer service and tellers unwilling to help me as much as they could. One whispering to one another as I’m approaching as if I don’t notice. I only needed a small withdrawal and had to go outside to use an atm to accomplish it. Boa using has good customer service but they didn’t show that
