    I went in to the Pembroke Pines branch to apply for a credit card loan and dealt with Jennifer Thompson who was an absolute pleasure to speak and work with. She went above and beyond her duties and made the experience smooth and enjoyable to say the least while explaining any and everything to you. I recommend anyone who wants to perform any services there to speak with her and all your questions will be answered. She was phenomenal.

    I had the pleasure to work with Tia today. It was awesome. She got me a new debit card after seeing me standing, and ask me if I was being helped. She helped me out a lot and even walked me through setting up my app. I was have issues with that, so lucky me she asked if I would like her to walk me through, and it worked out well. Thank you so much Tia. For making this a positive experience.

    Ms. Brenda was wonderful. She explained everything to me well and whatever questions I asked she answered or found the answer for. She also made sure I understood everything before moving forward. She was just great and I would without a doubt recommend anyone to her.

    Jennifer T. Is AMAZING! So genuine and amazing customer service! I hope to be serviced by her each time I come into the bank! Thank you Jennifer. She deserves a raise or recognition. I haven’t been this amazed with a bank since 2017 and I’ve banked with PEFCU since 2015

    Started calling this branch of the Publix Employee Federal credit union 15 minutes after they opened, left a message. An hour later called again no one in any service department is available…. No one?? Once again left a message, no call back. I called 4 times today and apparently no one is available to answer the phone. It’s really inconvenience as I need to do business on my account for today and now it will be late due to no one answering the phone? If I wasn’t at work I’d go in person but that’s besides the point. Extremely disappointed.

    This bank a huge inconvenience. You can call every department and NEVER get a answer. Never receive a call back in a timely matter or at all in some case. How do you suppose to do business on your accounts. God forbid calling the 1800 number and not every setting up the automated system. A complete waist of time.

    I couldn’t create an online account for my banking, so I went into the branch for help. Mia was at the front desk and help me create an account, explain the noble banking app and make a debit card for me. She was so friendly, like it was her first day and she was so happy to be there, but I know she’s been at the beach for over 30 years. I’m used to walking in businesses and being treated like a second class citizen, especially when you walk in 20 minutes before closing, but everything was taken care for, with a smile.

Ms.Gisse Ramirez and Ms. Jennifer T ...assisted me with the most pleasant generous attitude while opening low interest rate visa credit card. ....to me they went above and beyond With informative information. that helped me out a lot. I was most please with the response I was given when I asked how can they Offer such a low interest rate on their credit card and she told me because they have their members at heart. After that I had to give five stars

    Tia was the person that helped me at the bank. In Pembroke Pines. I needed to replace a debit card. She was so pleasant to deal with. I also could not receive text message from the bank. (Balance and any transactions when my card was being used.) This has been happening for 2 years. I called corporate. I have gone to the branch several times. Well Tia would not let me leave until she got my situation corrected. And, she did. I was so happy. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Her customer service was the best all around.     I absolutely love banking with PEFCU. I've had them for many years and love that they don't charge all kind of crazy fees and I feel they have fair rates for all kinds of purchases. Their service is wonderful. Always friendly and willing to help. Melanie was my last teller and she was exceptional. Will continue to bank here for as long as I can.

    As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a woman by the name of Mia. She was very polite & professional. She assisted me with getting a new debit card. She also gave me more information on the benefits of having a membership with this credit union; benefits I didn’t even know about . I was very pleased with her service and how she made me feel welcome even when they were about to close in 20 minutes. I live a hour away from the branch so I probably wont see her again but I just want to say thank you Mia! Such a sweetheart.

    Omg, I have been banking with PEFC for over 10 years, and today Ms.Melanie was able to help me so much as far as mobile deposits she showed me on my phone how it's done step by step.yes now I don't have to drive from Miami Gardens down here thats a big plus. She saw me with my 3yr old she shared with me information about opening an account for my kids I was never made aware of that, she is scheduling for someone to call me so I can open an account for my kids. Her customer service is A+ very friendly, polite and professional🦋🤍
