Worst bank for business accounts. They will rip u off with all monkey business fees. Although they will try to impress you with a $10 monthly fee. But in end of the the they will charge u all hidden fees. I hv business acc in Bank of America, Chase & wells fargo. They might be little expensive than this nasty td bank. But now im regretting for opening my business account here. They robbed my hard working money just like tht. And the customer care service is the worst of whole usa. I filed a complaint in BBB against them now lets see where it goes. Im not gonna let them enjoy a hard working businessman money 😤. This a a warning msg for our businessman society. Plz stay away from this cheap but monkey bank. Thanks.

Good bank but ATMs are always broken and giving issues

They are super friendly and super helpful. They definitely deserve an award for great customer service and they truly care about the customer. Keep up the good work and it’s because of tellers like yourselves that make me want to continue banking with TD. Thank you for everything.

Be very attentive when depositing money via their drive thru, be alert, they have a tendency of telling you that your deposit is short, you think nothing of it, messed up while counting it, and Walla!, they’ve just stole it from you… They’re thieves, plain and simple..

I went in to correct a monthly fee and Elizabeth not only took off the fee, she took off last month's fee as well. She also moved me to a better account. Great team member and great bank!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been banking with TD Bank for 10 years now and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in all 10 years. I visited this location because I needed a letter notarized and had to wait 2 hours before anyone was able to help me. The employees goal was not customer satisfaction that day. There were about 10 customers all waiting to be helped and 5 employees behind the counter. No employees were at the desks to help speed up service to attend to any of the customers waiting. Just unbelievable! There were 2 employees helping 1 customer at the counter when it only takes one while the other employee could have been helping customers who needed services such as notarization, opening an account, obtaining a new card, etc. TD Bank needs to address this issue, because it’s the customer service that the customers receive that matters and continues to keep banks like TD in business. I will NEVER come back to this location, even if it is the only location that is open at the time when I need service. Just unbelievably poor service!!!

Team work makes a dream work and I witnessed it with my own eyes with you and Jean Carlos. TD Bank has undoubtedly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. No manager in the branch, 1 teller at the window, no one to answer the phone, etc. What I’ve gone through at this branch location is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!! You’re better of at Chase.
