Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines

I made an appointment at this location because the branch I usually go to didn't have appointments available. I was greeted upon entering and was helped by Marlene . She was very knowledgeable and patient . I would recommend her highly and wouldn't hesitate going to this branch even though it's not the closest to my home!

Second BoA in the neighborhood closed at 12 on a Monday even though it is supposed to be open til 4

This bank sucks. 1 teller every time. Always a line of at least 5 people waiting. And the teller chats it up with each person. Not to mention like 4 other employee just sitting at computers. If you’re in a rush avoid this bank entirely

These people are always short staffed. You can barely see a teller. If you wish to plan to see a teller make sure to come with 45 mins of spare time. No matter what day time or season... there is always a line of atleast 5 to 10 people waiting to be serviced for more than 40 mins. I have been to several other banks.. my take.. don't open an account here. You will suffer.

I gave them 1 star only because you cannot give them ZERO which is exactly what they provide - ZERO SERVICE! This BOA branch is HORRIBLE! There is only 1 teller and 1 person assisting walk ins while other employees "manager" walk around trying to look busy doing NOTHING. Awful manager with a BAD ATTITUDE acts like they are doing you a favor by being there. Here is some news for you: I "the customer" AM YOUR EMPLOYER. Will be looking to do business somewhere else.

Me and my husband had literally the best experience in a bank ever, especially during the pandemic time where nobody is really helpful. The person who was helping us Ryan is definitely the best, and an example of how everyone should be! He was so helpful and made everything so easy! We are so happy and pleased! 😁

They are super rude and lazy. I waited on a teller to get better help do to experience, same one left pretending to go on a break to avoid helping me with a complex transaction. They go by what they thinks it’s right and not what’s right.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!!! They don’t care how much money you have in there bank there response is IM SORRY I CANT ACCOMMODATE YOU NOW!!!!!! Try back in a few hours!!!!!!!! I will be looking to close all my accounts with them and with drawing all my money.

This Bank of America has the absolute worse service. The tellers have poor service, their ridiculous "policies" they put into play will make you want to leave there ripping your hair out and they have ONE OF THE WORST managers. Carlos Rosas is their branch manager, who is absolutely terrible dealing with customers, his customer service skills are so poor. His solution to your problems are "well you can transfer banks, you do have options." I bank at several different branches due to BOA being the primary bank my company uses and also because I use BOA for my personal accounts and this is by far the worst Bank of America of them all. The most disappointing part is how unprofessional and rude the employees, especially the manager at this branch are.

My experience at Bank of America today was excellent. George Santana who attended us was a professional with excellent treatment. I recommend it for your excellent work and professionalism. Thank you.
